You have sent this review before they arrived. But I do have something to say about the kindness, the helpfulness of John and elsie. They have not received any payment but helped us stop a pool catastrophe during this ice storm in Texas. They truly cared about our situation and that is why they will have our continuous support. The team at Open Concept Creations just finished work on my house and did an outstanding job. I had a very short timeframe for completion and they delivered within that window. I had a water leak that resulted in new floors, new carpet, sheetrock and painting. Everyone was very professional and attentive. This was the first work I have ever had done to any house and was very pleased with the outcome and everyone involved. I would recommend Open Concept Creations and use them again if the need arises going forward.

Tyler did a very thorough job on our swimming pool's mastic and mortar repair. They went to a lot of trouble to scrape out all the old and deteriorated mastic and mortar, and repaired it with great care. Stevie is the guy I trust most of all my contractors. I redid an obliterated house and felt with roofers, flooring people, plumbers, electricians, painters, etc. I have relationships with all the above and trust them all but Stevie delivered the best service price and quality of work of all of them. Craig and his team at Natural Water Environments did an extraordinary job delivering a pool from a project that was abandoned by my first contractor. They quickly assessed the state of the project, established a plan, and executed the plan accordingly to schedule, and for a good price for high-quality work. Craig was also very conscientious and helpful in keeping the costs low considering the impact of our first attempt at building a pool. Communication during the project was refreshing - Craig was responsive, concise, and set appropriate expectations throughout the project. We have been through 5-6 pool companies in the last 8 years and iPool is by far the best. They got in touch to set up a consult same day and were great about working with our restrictions and concerns. We have dogs who have access to the yard when we are not home and the guys at iPool have been great about both keeping them safe and playing with them while they work, they were even great with our mastiff who was not a fan of strangers. We have had them do repairs and they do our weekly maintenance. I have no complaints and our pool always looks great! I highly recommend this company if you need pool service in North Dallas!
