She was flexible enough to work with my budget and my last minute changes while still managing to implement a whole new organizational system that has simplified so much of my life. Vince was great to work with. He understood what we wanted, communicated well with us throughout the project, and gave us suggestions along the way that made the job easier with better results. We wanted to install a large travertine patio with a pathway to the front, leading to a privacy wall and gate. Vince helped us choose the travertine style and introduced us to a supplier that provided a good value on quality travertine. He and his team made sure the patio was graded properly so that rainwater runs away from the house. Vince recommended a supplier for the gate, and recommended composite slats for the gate to improve itâ s appearance and durability. He designed an economical drainage system to prevent water build-up during monsoon season. When the job started, the Scape Concepts team worked efficiently but with a careful eye on quality, and followed the agreed-upon design plan. They installed travertine on the cement stairs leading to our sunken patio â I hadnâ t thought to do that originally, but it improved the aesthetics of the stair area. They installed a curved boundary around the entire patio area and reinforced it with cement to ensure that the travertine tiles held their position. Lastly, they sealed the travertine tiles with polymeric sand. The privacy wall and gate came last. The team demolished the original 3-foot pony wall, and installed rebar reinforced pillars for the new 6-foot wall to ensure stability. They installed drainage blocks to allow rain to flow through, stuccoed the wall, and painted it to match the house. Overall, the patio and privacy wall look fantastic and extremely professional. We dressed the area up with solar powered boundary lights that give it a beautiful look in the evening. We couldnâ t be happier with Scape Concepts, Vince, and his team. They do great work!

Value for what was done was probably expensive to say the least. Compared to my sister in laws she spent 9 and I spent 13 she got a lot better deal.

They were willing to do what most others wouldnâ t and did a good job keeping me updated.

Robert & his crew were amazing, we really enjoyed working with them. They were courteous, timely, accommodating & very hard workers. Our project was putting in Arroyos, with boulders & plants mixed in. It turned out even better than we could have hoped. Certainly would recommend them for any project !! Excellent....ð

Wendy is awesome and has great perspective on home remodeling. She pointed out certain ideas and colors I never though of like removing a window and put french doors so I could see the backyard from my kitchen. She is friendly, punctual, patient, and has an eye for design. I am extremely happy with my kitchen remodel and her fees are affordable. My kitchen is now a WOW factor. She build my dream kitchen and along the way we made changes with no issues. Also she is very organized. Overall great experience

I could not be more pleased or say enough positive things about Balance Landscaping LLC. I purchased a home, and the backyard was a dirt pit with & rocks with four orange trees. Once I found a design I liked, I called Balance Landscaping LLC. to come over and give me a quote. Matthew came out, looked at the design and the backyard, and discussed the work. Matthew had some excellent recommendations and told me when I could expect the quote; when I reviewed it, it was clear and understandable. I called Matthew to discuss a few final details; Matthew thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame for project commencement. Once the work began, the workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care (in 108-degree weather). When I would look outside to see what was going on, I observed a team that enjoyed working together and was very dedicated to ensuring the outcome was perfect and that I was happy. In this day and age, I thought that the combination of teamwork and customer satisfaction was long gone, but itâ  s alive and well at Balance Landscape. The landscaping involved grass, gravel, pavers, bricks, sand, boulders, plants, and a fountain. Every item was methodically selected; each boulder was carefully placed according to the plan. There will always be unanticipated obstacles and unforeseen hurdles in any large job. The true mark of a great business is how it handles these situations. In my case, Balance Landscaping LLC. resolved all unanticipated obstacles and wanted to ensure they resolved them to my satisfaction; I challenge anyone to find a company that cares this much about their work and customer satisfaction. Balance Landscaping LLC. will receive my future business. These guys are the Pros! Their work is meticulous, their prices competitive, and their crews are friendly and polite. The project is complete except for installing a water fountain; I wanted to wait until the work was completed before I bought it to ensure it complemented the landscaping. The backyard looks fantastic, and my neighbors cannot believe the transformation; they are very excited to see the final product once the water fountain is installed (I found one and am waiting to get an install date from Matthew). Do not waste your time getting quotes from other landscape companies; you might find a cheaper company, but you will get what you pay for.
