It turned out to be the best idea to have a designer work with me to get at the feel of what I wanted. If they do your design, they do not do your install as this would make for a conflict of interest. I hired separately Hoosier Electric for the install. Together it has totally changed my house into a home and feels much happier as the grey winter is coming!

I would give a 0 if possible. I pre-paid for annual service, but Ric Johnson with this firm has refused to return multiple calls, or follow up on completing the pre-paid contract.
Response by Elite Systems Solutions: Mr. S requested a two (2) visit contract for his landscape lighting. We made the first visit on 10/27/11 and the second is/was scheduled for March 2012. We did not refuse to return, nor follow up. I do not want a dissatisfied client, so we have refunded his entire per-paid contract as of 03/12/12.
