Before going to the Bed Bug Guys my landlord tried killing the bugs with pesticides and they came back really fast. I was thoroughly disgusted and couldn't sleep due to the fear that I would get bit. The next day, I did some online hunting for a more permanent solution and found The Bed Bug Guys. I called them immediately and explained my situation. He was very informative as to why the pesticides didn't work and gave detailed information on how thermal remediation is the only permanent solution. We worked out a time to start the thermal remediation of all my belongings. After they completed the heat treatment (thermal remediation), the bugs never returned. The bed bug guys were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable in all areas of bed bugs. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick and permanent solution to getting rid of bed bugs and to bring back peace of mind so you can sleep at night! I Hope, If you are suffering from Bed bugs, that you see this review. I was a DIY'er. I had washed, dried and bagged all my clothes, linens, pillows, etc. I bought the mattress encasements, bed bug detectors, herbal sprays. I was still losing my mind, after wearing my self to the bone every night after work. Dreading going to bed, losing sleep. I had called Terminix, and got quotes from other places, always the price for treatment was around $2000. for my small house. I was determined to continue diligently, but got to that point where my daughter and I were miserable and I called out to the heavens " I can't do this any more!! please help" The next day, I received a call from Brian from Rove pest control. He had been referred by one of the home advisor type web sites where I had been researching options. I told Brian my situation and he said he would come and take a look and make an assesment for me. For NO CHARGE, Brian came by and, unlike Terminix, who left after 5 minutes telling me I didn't have a problem,(and only looked at my bedding) Brian did a thorough examination and was the 1st of 3 companies to actually find evidence of the Bed bugs. He also had an immense amount of intuition and knowledge about their habits. I must also mention, that Brian is the head of the bed bug department at Rove and is focused exclusively on Bed bug treatments. He knows bed bugs! He gave me a price that was less than half of what other companies had quoted. A 6 month warranty and free follow-up. On the day of the Heat Treatment, Brians' technician, Justin, showed up on time, and explained clearly what he would be doing and how long it would take. He was very repectful of my home and very kind, like Brian. I left for work, cat's in the basement with food and water, and returned at about 5:30 pm. They basically turn the rooms they are treating into convection chambers, heating up to 140 degrees. They came in an unmarked van, brought their own generators to run the heaters and fans off of so they are not drawing on your electricity. After the heat treatment, Justin did a chemical spraying around the parimeters of the rooms and along the wall to ceiling juncture. After two weeks they return to repeat the spraying which has an "exciter" which will draw out any bugs that may have survived. My daughter and I slept in a stillness that night. No bugs, no bites! We are now 2 months out from that fateful August day, and I have to say, it was SOOOO worth it to have had the heat treatment for the sanity it restored to our lives. Working with Brian, and his technician, Justin, was the best thing to happen to us and I would highly recommend calling Rove if you have this horrid problem. Ask for Brian!! I had a nervous breakdown when I realized we got bed bugs for a second time in one year. I instantly got online to look for an exterminator and The "Bed Bug Guys" was one of the first on the list. I instantly contacted them, he gave me a quote and said they could come that Tuesday. With my dad being a truck driver, they even suggested getting his truck treated, so my dad brought his tractor home and they were able to treat it at the same time of doing the house. We didn’t even get to hire the guy. We called him on Sunday 8/22/2021 and we told him the whole situation. He rudely tells my wife if you say “like I told you” again I’m hanging up the phone. Then I said excuse me, and Jeff says **** off you sick ******* piece of ****. Jeff also said go **** yourself. Then Jeff starts texting me, harassing me and says I’m blocking your number. I said I m going to make a police report. Please do not hire this guy he is a scam artist, rude, thinks he is too good to answer questions and he calls you a sick **** for having bed bugs. He says he didn’t even bother with our voicemail from yesterday

Glen is by far the cheapest person I found who would treat bed bugs. Most approaches will heat up the room with a powerful machine in addition to applying chemicals. Glen's product didn't, but that made it much more reasonable. The work was good and seems to have worked. There were a few scheduling issues but that was not Glens fault at all. So far the bed bugs are gone and everyone is happy

We brought bed bugs home from a hotel. What a nightmare. Paffy (Duane) was incredibly understanding and very responsive. His was the only company we contacted (we called many rated highly on Angie's List) that was willing to come assess the day after we called and to begin pest management a few days later. Most notable is that he did not try to convince us to do heat treatment, which we have come to learn would likely have been ineffective in our old home, in which crevices are deep and many. If we had taken the advice of the providers that wanted to do heat, it would have cost us thousands of dollars and probably would not have gotten rid of the bed bugs. Paffy sprayed the whole house, inside box springs, in all of our dressers, in chairs, sofas, etc. This required us to remove all clothing from the dressers (one needs to dry them on high heat to kill any bugs)--he coordinated well with us. Repeated spraying was required, as expected, and he was always timely and very very responsive. Paffy is the owner of the company. His sons also work with him. We found him to be more thorough than the sons. We also found that it was best to be present to help Paffy get into the hard to spray places. I am not sure I would have felt entirely sure that he would have done such a great job if I had not been present, assisting him by turning beds over, etc. But this was more than compensated for by his exceptional responsiveness and the care that he showed our family when we were freaking out about bed bugs

They are punctual, friendly and do a good job going over the chemicals they are going to use to make sure you don't have any allergies. I also like that they are very responsive to my calls

I had a very mixed impression of Brother's and Lil' Bro the Bed-Bug dog, but I'd like to give Brothers the benefit of the doubt on a lot of it. I had Lil Bro come check out my house after being treated with pesticides from another company. While I had no evidence of continued bugs I was still wary and anxious. While I personally broke down (it had been a very rough month in all things home related), the handler and other two pest control people there were trying their hardest to do what they needed to do. As advice to anyone thinking about using Lil Bro to check for bugs: USE LIL BRO FIRST- DO NOT TRY TO DO ANYTHING YOURSELF OR WITH ANOTHER CHEAPER CHEMICAL ONLY TREATMENT. My other PCO the first time did not leave the proper paper work to let me know what was sprayed, and thus Brother's didn't know what was sprayed. I felt a little accused/attacked by the way that was dealt with, which made me feel more uncomfortable. I had used diamataceous earth (another no-no if you want to use Lil Bro) which is a non-chemical dust that is a "natural" addition to pesticides for bed bug treatment, and they were very skeptical of letting Lil Bro in because of it (I had vacuumed it all up, but there was still some on the walls/worked in to the couch). Anyway, after a very thorough human search for bugs (which was great!) the dog came in and "hit" on a couple of things. After some more looking, it was declared a 'false positive' (?). I did get the impression they were trying to make me feel better about everything, which again, I have mixed feelings about now. I also gave a sample of a bug to them for IDing, because they said it looked different. That day I loved them. The next day I started to feel a little differently. What went well: Thorough human searches, didn't make me feel like an idiot when I cried, helped treat for mice without added cost, easy to schedule, actual bed bug treatment seems very comprehensive and worth the price What I have mixed feelings about: Did not ID the bug/misplaced bug, seemed to try to placate me, suggested I use someone else for follow up mouse treatment (which confused me) or if I needed follow up bed bug service If this is your first step in Bed Bug treatment, I would recommend calling Brothers. I felt like they would stand behid their own work and treat you well if they knew what had been done. If it is following up some else's work, I would recommend maybe going another route. It seemed like they didn't want to touch something that had already been started/complicated. I felt like I was at the same place I was before they came
