I will start out by saying I was very impressed by Magic Sealcoating and especially Andy. My neighbor just completed getting their driveway recoated by Jet-Black, who is known to do great work in our area and results show this. Therefore, I requested a quote from them to repair and seal my driveway. They came in at close to $350. This was just too much. So, I did some searching and found Magic Sealcoat, who came out the same day to provide me with an estimate. Andy was great, explaining that they use high quality materials and warranty the work. He also said he could come back within 2 days to complete the job. On top of all that his price was almost $100 lower than other competitors. So, I hired him. Andy and his partner arrived promptly at 8am as expected and filled in all cracks and potholes. They spent almost 3 hours making sure the job was done right. Afterwards he explained what he did, put up a caution sign and told me not to drive on for 24 hours and if any issues occur call right away. I can say the driveway looks great, I think Andy and team did better than Jet Black did our neighbors driveway. I would highly recommend

I requested a quote online and received one within days. I had a question and I will admit it was a little difficult to get a hold of anyone by phone. I had called on 3 different occasions and got an answering service. I finally did get a hold of someone who was able to help. On the day of service, I didn't know when they were coming (morning? afternoon?) That would have been helpful to know. Otherwise the work that was done was great. We have been happy with it and thought the price was reasonable

Still continue to be impressed by the quality of service provided by Aurora. Driveway needed to be sealed since it was newly installed last year (also performed by Aurora). The two individuals who performed the task were very courteous, professional, and caring in their application of the sealant. They even went so far as to tie back some bushes/plants to prevent them from getting sealant on them. Talking to the two briefly, it was evident they prided themselves in their work and enjoyed working for Aurora. Their sealant application cleanup were noteworthy. Would definitely recommend Aurora to anyone interested in driveway installation whether asphalt or concrete

My project manager, Chris Grose, was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries and questions. His carpenters did an excellent job and the finishing work of the wainscoting matches existing exactly. I was also very happy with his drywall contractor. The drywall contractor made sure the employee he sent to do the work could match our existing textured drywall on the ceiling portion of the job. It matches perfectly! This was a relatively small job but I never felt like it was less important than any other projects Chris was managing. I'm very happy with Chris and Northrup and will hire them again. I recommend you hire them too

Cornerstone was a fantastic company with whom to work. They were professional and accommodating. During our construction we ran into a time that a tree was flowering and dropping pedals. Cornerstone recognized this issue and rearranged the schedule appropriately. In addition, weather delays were managed quickly and with little to no inconvenience. The construction crews were efficient and professional: . Demo crew was here and gone quickly and left no mess. . Concrete pouring went quickly also and looked great. Post pouring: . Sealing was a breeze and definitely effective given one could see water pooling several months later. . Landscape reseeding was effective and needed no additional return to enhance following the initial visit. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend Cornerstone

After receiving several competitive bids, I contracted J&W to replace our ~ 40 year old asphalt driveway. I was a little late in getting the job scheduled earlier this summer, and J&W informed me at the time of contract that I'd likely be scheduled in early September. As promised, they contacted me about 1 week prior to the job beginning in early September. The tear-out crew arrived on-time and they listened to the few specific instructions that I had regarding some minor shape changes for the new driveway. I has also replaced an adjacent retaining wall earlier this year and I wanted to ensure that they wouldn't undercut that wall during the driveway tear-out. All went well and the crew was courteous throughout the several hours that the tear-out lasted. Paving was scheduled to take place several days later. The paving crew arrived on-time. The shape of my driveway required a decent amount of hand-work which the crew performed with ease. Once the job was finished, they staked the street-side of our driveway to ensure that nobody drove on it and left me with a page of instructions. I'm pleased with the work performed and the value that J&W provided, and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends

Needed to replace a 20 year driveway. Called for a quote and DMJ was out the next day and provided written proposal on the spot. Very reasonably priced. DMJ took one day to excavate the old and one day to install the new. High quality job. New driveway looks fantastic. Great customer service. Very responsive. 6-8 houses in our neighborhood are having new driveways put in this Summer and they are still waiting. I would highly recommend. Very pleased with my choice

OUTSTANDING quality and work ethic!!! Truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! My wife and I were blown away by the QUALITY and WORK ETHIC of this crew. The project took a few weeks to complete. The crew showed up PROMPTLY every morning around 8 AM and did not leave before 5 PM despite a 90+ minute commute each way. When they arrived, they immediately went straight to work only took one short break for lunch each day. They even showed up and worked in the rain. And they were always polite and friendly. Our project was especially complicated because it involved removing and reinstalling pre-existing (expensive) landscaping, which included a large, 800+ square foot freeform paver patio. We marveled at how they managed to put the paver patio back together BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT. The entire job was executed with care and precision. We are VERY HAPPY with the finished product and the REMARKABLE SERVICE we received. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diversified Drainage
