All Poolside Service
Both good and bad service. The Good: I had people coming to visit during the upcoming weekend and Poolside had only a couple days notice to fix the sauna. They ran into "complications" on the second day, took the unit out of the sauna and repaired it at their shop. They brought it back and had it working just in time. The bad: They had it working originally but when the service man returned the next morning it was not "working" again, so he took it into the shop. I'm guessing that the "complication" was that the unit has an 8 hour timer and the sauna heater does not start until the last hour. He was unaware of this and thought the unit was not heating, he moved the dial past "on" to the timer and didn't understand why it was not heating. To fix the "problem" and make the sauna work, poolside rewired the unit. Now the timer does not work and they charged me extra for the additional time to fix the "complication". (I'm guessing at the details but the service man did tell me that he had it working but when he tried it the next day it quit and he didn't know why. He said the wiring on the unit itself was screwy) I sent them a check with the full amount and included a letter explaining the situation. I said I would leave it up to them to do what they thought was fair. They cashed the check but did not respond to me in any way. Either way I was charged for the extra time and the sauna's dial/timer no longer work. This was a safety precaution so it would turn itself off in case you fell asleep or lost track if the amount of time that you were in there

Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above

Performance Pool and Spa serviced our swimming pool and spa for the whole swimming season. |We enjoyed working with them and their work was usually professionally done. They were efficient, but a couple of times were too fast and missed checking things that should have been done. The service department was very responsive when reminded about the items that were missed

Always very professional and punctual. The pool and spa were opened on time. I also use them to close the pool and spa in the fall. They also cleaned and balanced the chemicals. I use them for all my pool and spa services. I couldn't have a better service. Also, very nice people.

It went great. They replaced my above ground pool liner as it was an insurance claim. They originally installed our pool in 2003. They have been great for customer service and any repair work. I buy most of my pool chemicals there and the staff is great. If you have a doughboy pool, I would strongly recommend The Pool Store. Keep up the great work

The latest story with Peterson concerns our automatic pool cover which was installed a few years ago. For some reason due to weather or the ground moving in some way our cover box shifted and in the process our cover was ripped. After calling them and after a a couple of trips out to look at things they fixed the box, repaired the cover and got us back to normal in a very short time. While things like this should probably not happen ....they did. What is most important to note is that Peterson stood behind their work, fixed the problem and all the time treated us with the utmost respect. Our other dealings with them with repairs and maintaining our swimming pool through the years have gone the same way. We will be putting in a new liner next spring and there is only one place I will look at having it done

Our basement bathroom was boring. Now it is fabulous. We went from toilet sink and shower stall to toilet, vanity sink, heated tile floors,and custom sauna, complete with shower and built in speakers. Rod is very meticulous in his design and execution. He was very careful in the rest of our house, covering the carpet and cleaning up every day. We talked through issues as they came up, made some adjustments to the plans and knew up front of any cost differences. There were no surprises. Rod is very honest to deal with and very thorough in his planning and implementation of the plan

Poolside was our choice for our pool installation company due to professional staff, quality of the construction and detailed estimate during bidding process. Rob answered all of our questions and helped us understand the entire process. Construction was completed in less than 10 days, on schedule and beautiful! Only delay was outside of their control, our fence was on back order so project wasn't complete for four weeks. We would highly recommend Poolside to build your backyard dream
