It took them quite a while. The stove is working fine. They did a good job

Andy was recommended to us by Warners Stellan as he is the person who installs their stove tops. We gave him a call and he came out to give us an estimate on what would be required. We were having new silestone countertops installed and decided to change out our range top as well. Andy did a great job of telling us what would need to be done and gave us an estimate. We ended up having him do the plumbing on the new sink and install a new garbage disposal as well. The countertops took 3 weeks to come in and Andy was able to fit us in that week to start on the installation. He also came out on Saturday to hook everything up. Nate and Andy did a fantastic job and they were very clean and tidy. They came just at the estimate and that included extra work. we are very pleased and will use him again soon

Since this is a new home for us, we were able to ask them little questions about the drippy faucet and running toilet. They were happy to answer questions and give a helping hand. Norblom Plumbing
The plumber came out on time but seemed to take a very long time to do the work. The cost was more than estimated but I didn't make an issue out of it. The real problem came later. I had to move the stove out from the wall to allow another contractor to plumb a water line. When I looked at the gas line, discovered Norblom hadn't used flexible tubing to get from the wall to the stove. As a result, the copper tubing was crimped in two places. One was coming out of the stove which poor workmanship and the other, much worse, crimp was mid-way between the wall and stove. This at almost a 90 degree angle and must have been there since the stove was put back in place after gas line was installed. It looked unsafe so I had the contractor replace it with flexible tubing. This they did very quickly. When I asked them about the original work they just shook their head. Me too

ANDY CAME THE DAY BEFORE THE STOVE ARRIVED TO SCOPE OUT THE SITUATION, THEN CAME BACK THE DAY IT WAS DELIVERED. THE WORK INVOLVED SOME REBUILDING OF THE SPACE, AND TOOK A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY SEEMED VERY COMPETENT, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY, AND ALSO SHOWED ME A COUPLE OF QUICK OTHER REPAIRS I COULD DO MYSELF ON HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. Dan is unbelievable. I'd hire him for anything he even thought he could do. No one is more conscientious, professional and fair. You will never be disappointed. If you think you have a problem with Dan you need to look in the mirror. You are the problem. He is prompt and will often carve out time if it is a dire situation. I can't remember how many times I have hired him in the last couple of years but I bet its 4 or 5 times. Put his name in your Rolodex and only call someone else if Dan tells you he can't or won't do the repair

Our cabinets needed some retrofitting in order to accommodate the size of the new appliances compared to the old ones. We didn't realize how expensive it was going to be until the work was done and we saw the invoice. We didn't imagine that installation would cost almost as much as the appliances! The finished installation was good with the exception of the paint match on the new panel and drawer which needed to be built. They told us that the supplier s materials did the match. The first time they brought them back they were mismatched because they said the supplier used the wrong side of the sample board. Then we waited another 8 days and they brought them back with an even worse match. The installer told us that the boss said they wouldn't try the match again and left it up to us. They did offer to spray them if we could get a match (We did get a beautiful match at the supplier s but had someone else spray them)
