He also is very nice, I’m sure our additional items pushed him behind schedule, but he was always pleasant and the guys never rushed. The end product was outstanding and we couldn’t be happier. I was unimpressed with service after we got the roof and gutters. I called several times as the drain tile for our gutters was wrapped back toward the house and far too long and there were several extra pieces of drain tile laying in my yard. They never called back. I then noticed the pictures provided to the city inspector did not have new flashing, which we were charged for. The first spring with our new roof and it leaked. I called Sela multiple times before they decided to call me back. A gentleman came out a few times and tried to fix it. Unfortunately we are still getting a leak in the same spot again this year and have curled shingles near a roof break. I have emailed Sela and tried to leave a voicemail twice, but their box is full. I am now paying someone else to fix the issue because my new roof shouldn't leak after each spring storm in the first two years of life

We have a flat roof on our home and have been plagued with small leaks we attempted to repair ourselves. We called a number of different roofing companies, and J.R. was the only one that came through for us. He came out to evaluate our roof the day I called him and was here the next day to do repairs. He was very thorough and helpful, straightforward and honest. When we put a new roof on our home next year we will definitely be using Nokomis Roofing! I would recommend and will be using his services again

Initial contact went well, the estimate was right in line with other bids. (All the bids were within 5% of each other). The actual work was done by sub-contractors. The shingled parts of the roof were done fairly well. The flat roof was done quite poorly. Sloppy seaming, and a tear that was improperly corrected. I ended up calling one of the owners, as his subordinates were on vacation. Once contacted he came out the very next day and immediately agreed to fix it, no argument. It took another week or so for it to be fixed, but it was fixed and I'm now satisfied with my new roof. Overall I'm quite happy with the communication and responsiveness of Craftsman's Choice, but I think they should be more careful with subcontractors

Our 35 year old roof was starting to leak and loosing much heat I had five companies come in and do bids on a new roof and heard some strange ideas for replacing our Condominium roof, The one company that was a higher bid yet no strings was Mr. Walsh, he worked with us and lowered his bid to our comfort. Mr Walsh also did our sheet metal work and down spouts. It took 6 weeks of work and was done very professionally, no mess, a few minor mishaps that was solved immediately with a top notch crew. We are now saving @4000.00 + a year in heating cost

This was a little tough because I had to drop off my friends at the airport and had to leave halfway through his visit. I appreciated the sealing that he did, but have not received the quote for a new flat roof like what I was hoping. I am not sure what the next step is in repairing our roof

I collected five bids in February of 2014, and Possehl's turned out to not be the lowest bid. But I chose them for two main reasons. First and foremost, Michael Stanek is an oustanding communicator. He always answers his phone, responds to all email contacts, and really does a great job managing his crew. He called to let me know when they would be working, when the dumpster would get there, where they would put it, etc. The other reason I chose them were the glowing references of their past customers. I am renting out this house, and the spring rental market is really strong. I really asked Michael to do a difficult thing...to get our work done by 05/16/14, so we could get the best of the Spring rental market. Even with a ridiculous amount of cold, snowy and rainy days, Michael and his crew came through, on budget, on time, and there was no mess at all. Another outstanding bit of their service. This house has the really lousy masonite siding, and at all places near water, his crew would have been justified busting some of the pieces of masonite. Yet, all of the panels were preserved. I also had a new heater put in, and Possehl had to work with that contractor. As in all things on this deal, no problems. The house looks brilliant. I am buying another house this month, and Possehl's already gets the job. I am very, very satisfied with this company

Dave is the best! He said they were 4-6 weeks out. Factoring in 2 weeks of rain he was out in 5 wks. My roof is very steep with lots of peaks and valleys and needed new sheeting. They were done in 4 days and did a fantastic job. Not only was Dave's bid very fair, I forgot to mention the Angie discount. I offered to split it with him, but he said take it all. There was a mis-communication (on my end) regarding what a flat roof was. I said I would pay for additional material ($115) if he would pick up the labor. He said fine, and then he picked up the entire tab. What a guy! Over all one of the best experiences with a contractor I ever had

It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business

Luckily, our insurance company suggested Reroof America, as we had no idea who to go with. They were so punctual, professional, the job was done in one day - the quality was amazing and the property was left clean! I would absolutely contract through Reroof America again! They were wonderful on all fronts

I have just had my final meeting with Joe Wire, who sold me on using Hoffman Weber. My siding project was finished a couple weeks ago. I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. They explained everything, answered questions and helped solve every issue. My house was built in 1928 so it needed a new facelift. I chose the James Hardie product for it’s high quality and for the finished look. Joe explained the choices of products but I chose the James Hardie. It is worth every penny to end up with such a maintenance free, great looking house. I also had them do a new seamless membrane flat roof on my three-season porch. Bryan, my project manager, was available all through the project to answer any questions and keep me updated on the project. He was so thorough and stopped by multiple times to check on everything. Boris, my installer, is an artist! He worked 6 days a week with his brother, installing all the siding and trim. Everything is done to perfection. He really does quality work and takes his time making sure everything is perfect. The roofers did my porch roof so I will never have to worry about a leaky roof. They stayed extra late to make sure they got it done before a snow storm hit the following day. I couldn’t be happier with my “new” house. I highly recommend Hoffman and Weber. They are so easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, problem solvers and I know they really cared about my project from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, Bryan, Boris and his brother. Thank you for all the expert work. I have already had lots of compliments on my house

I was so pleased with his work that I wrote him a letter afterwards to thank him. The crew that did the work did not speak English well but were extremely polite and worked very hard. They were all a delight to work with. I had a bad experience with some siding people so I was nervous about getting the right people for the roofing job and he has restored my faith that there are still honest people out there. Our new roof is beautiful and we couldn't be more satisfied. He brought out many color samples and products to choose from and recommended what color would work best for our home.
