Poor quality of workmanship became evident as soon as installation began. Contractor would have sided over rotten structure if I had not stopped them. They used some wood siding on an out building with knot holes in it. The house siding is not level and there are irregular openings at butt joints. Joints at corner trim are irregular with copious amount of caulk used. Window trim corners are open and irregular with lots of caulk. Improper or no flashing used at butt joints that is required by manufacture of siding (James Hardie). Manufacturer's warranty is void without proper installation. Gable end vents not centered. Nailing method used on fascia caused it to p*****. Some trim not evenly spaced. In some areas paint was applied over grossly peeling old paint

This is an revision to my previous review of March, 2015, in which I complained that three of my storm windows did not fit, and I didn't get any response from the company. After I posted my initial review, Alex called and explained that our issue had kind of fallen through the cracks, and they would work to rectify the problem. One week later, they fixed the storms. This was the only issue I had with the work that they performed, and they did an excellent job otherwise

I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues

Repair King did a great job. My insurance company initially denied my claim. Mike came to my property found damage and submitted the photos to my insurance company. He walked me every step of the way insurance companies took a while to respond but Mike kept me updated throughout the whole process. He broke everything down for me and help me understand the insurance paperwork I will never go to another roofing company for my siding windows or roof repair. Kyne is very honest and upfront. They will try to cover everything through the insurance claim so you only come out of pocket for your deductible unless you upgrade, of course Thank you. !

Mitch came out and examined the section of the gutter. He said the steep grade of the roof probably caused the overflow. He did extra caulking around the gutters. He said the current stretch of gutter was sufficient and best for the house, both in summer and to prevent ice dams. He took a lot of time to examine the situation and provide a solution. We used Advanced Roofing and Siding to re-roof our suburban Minneapolis home after a recent hailstorm. They did a very professional and high quality job. Andy was our sales contact. He was a joy to work with. He did what he said he would when he said he would do it. Clean up was great. They had the whole roof done in one day starting at 7 am and finishing around 5 pm. They pulled a permit and the city inspector gave them the thumbs up. We have since hired them to do a unrelated external repair not related to the storm

Justin contacted us daily with updates and everything happened on time. They did have to replace a bunch of roof boards when they pulled off the old shingles. The installers were professional and courteous and picked up all of the debris each evening. Justin was very responsive and helpful. All around a very pain free and quick process! Roof and siding looks great. Would use them again!
