THE WORKER RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AND WAS ABLE TO COME OVER THAT SAME DAY TO PROVIDE ESTIMATE. PRICE TO REPAIR GROUT WAS QUITE LOW. PRICE TO REPLACE GROUT WAS HIGHER THAN ANOTHER COMPETITIVE BID. IN THE END, I DID NOT CHOOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE WAY MANUKA DID BUSINESS. ESTIMATOR PROVIDED NO WRITTEN ESTIMATE. FURTHER, HE SAID THAT HE COULD PERFORM THE WORK PRIMARILY IN THE EVENING HOURS, E.G., 5:00 - 9:00 P.M. After having the Grout Doctor remove and replace all the grout in our Master Shower, we had him look at the grout in our bathtub where we having some small leaks. Having him replace the grout near the tub made it look great and stopped the leaks. Again, they were on time, performed efficiently and cleaned up well after the job was complete

Went very well. I was expecting that they would come out and say that they'd say that the repair would be a bigger deal than the special I bought through Angies and say that it would take more time and money but to my surprise they were able to fix th small areas of broken/missing grout and it even took less time than the couple of hours provided in the angies deal. It's been a couple of years and the repairs still hold and are indistinguishable from the original grout. Great job and I'd use them again

We had just put our house on the market and needed to freshen up the tile in the bathroom shower surround. They did a great job cleaning or fixing old moldy grout as well as recaulked all the edges throughout the tub and shower. The shower looked wonderful. Almost like new. And that is hard to do on 20 + year old tile and grout. Very professional and cleaned up when they were done. Gave us tips on what to do to keep it looking good in the future. Would definitely recommend and would use them again on other services if needed in the future

The overall experience was great. Val came on time kept his word and was able to complete the job on time even with a set back.The setback was he originally thought we didn't need to level the floor. But when he did the estimate there was furniture in the room so it was hard to tell. Once they started laying tile it turned out the floor needed to be leveled. Val realized the mistake and only charged the material for the additional cost of leveling the floor. I really appreciate his honesty and the hard work of his employees whom worked extra hours to get the job done on time. I would use A to Z again on future tile projects to my house

He returned, installed the grout and calked between counter top and back splash in kitchen. After curing and drying for 3 days, returned to seal the shower tile and grout. Tim came out to do an estimate. I hired them to do the work but the pandemic held us up. Tim was very understanding that we didn't want to take any chances contracting the Corona virus so we decided to check with Tim. After a few weeks were comfortable to have the work done the end of May. Tim and Ken showed up promptly, and told us it would take 2 days. Ken went to work and completed it the second day, we hardly even know he was here. Ken completed the scraping, grouting, caulking and sealing. WOW what a difference, Ken did a terrific job. Thanks Groutsmith for a job well done

This is the second time I've hired Jeremy. He is fantastic! I had multiple issues with my carpets and he fixed them all. For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. Was sure to answer all of my questions before he began work, didn't try to upsell me and got all the gross cat urine stains and odors out, plus ink or something in my daughter's room. I was thinking I needed to replace my carpet, but after he cleaned them, I realized they still have life left in them. Would definitely recommend him. Have had other cleaners and he is the best! We used them. They are okay. They have to come back because they left a foam in the carpet. Their prices were reasonable. They did the job about a year ago. I don’t remember the exact price I really don’t. They have to come back because when we walked with our socks on our socks get sticky to it. The second time they did it when they put water on it and suction backup it work fine. They also clean our grout in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and they did a really good job on that. Responsiveness, they were very good with that. The only thing I did not like it they tried upsale all the time

Chris acid washed the tile to remove soap deposits, then removed and replaced the existing caulk and grout. He also cleaned the fixtures; they now shine like new. We opted to have the grout sealed. The process took two days. Chris did an amazing job! The tile now looks beautiful and brand new. I'd recommend this option to anyone considering replacing tile that has lost it's luster. If there was one thing I could change, it'd be to find a better way to protect the tub while working (maybe tape a tarp or thick sheet of plastic around it); there was one scratch made in the tub when Chris was removing the old grout. We should be able to touch it up it's a little bit of a bummer. Overall, Chris is a very careful and conscientious worker and we are happy with the results

Went well in time frame given. Workers would always ask us for our opinions if faced with design options while working. Always on time. Customer service very good. Family run. We used them to have our basement remodeled in 2008. One negative was how our floor tile was laid. We used marble tile bought from The Tile Shop and not theirs. First application needed to be grouted with another layer because a few tiles were raised up. I wished we had asked them to lay one more layer or somehow fix the tile. Still have a few small pieces sticking up

. They made an appointment that was the most convenient for me and arrived right on time. They gave me an estimate which included some extra grinding with a diamond saw but when they actually started working they decided not to do that so it ended up costing me .less than I had expected. They discovered a leaky in the faucet while they were working and we had to call a plumber. Tiler and plumber were able to coordinate their work very well and the project was finished within the predicted timeline. The people who came in to do the work were very friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves beautifully
