The work went pretty well overall. The work was done quickly--over two days--and efficiently. There was some problem with one of the roofers swearing (we have small kids at home) and some of our neighbor's plants got trampled. The biggest concern was with the person who did the estimate. Communication was delayed a number of times. Also, the original estimate for the flat roof section was several thousand dollars too low. Happily, replacing the flat roof was a separate section of the bid and we decided not to pursue that part of the project. However, the estimator should have gotten onto the flat roof section while doing the initial estimate to have gotten a more accurate read of the situation

I had a couple other company’s out for a quote. Then Joe F from Incline Exteriors came and not only did he look at the roof he was also the only one who mentioned hail damage done to paint on house. He worked with Insurance adjuster and to my surprise I ended up with a beautiful new roof and paint job. So a shout out to Joe F and the painter who did a marvelous job on my home. I’m more than happy with the final results!!

It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business

I contacted BJT Roofing for an estimate, received it on the same day, and was able to get on their schedule the next day. NO HASSLES. The owners, Lorena and Porfirio were very responsive and knowledgeable in every aspect and explained the action plan for the work and timeline before the contract was signed. Due to their professionalism and communication, I did not hesitate in my decision to choose them. Porfirio was on site every day and completed most of the work. He and his team was very punctual, respectful and considerate of my home, hard-working, and obvious experts in their field. Porfirio pointed out pros/cons of using different materials and was very flexible with our decision to change materials as the work progressed. Porfirio took before/after pictures, as well as many other ones during the installation of the roof to suffice city inspection requirements. Work was completed in two days and the roof looks great! He and his team did a thorough cleanup of not only the roof and work site but our gutters as well. It was truly a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again; we've already recommended them to our neighbor and family members

I thought this was going to be such a headache between coordinating with our insurance company, finding a roofing company, coordinating the actual roof replacement, etc. But...it went so smoothly! Luckily, our insurance company suggested Reroof America, as we had no idea who to go with. They were so punctual, professional, the job was done in one day - the quality was amazing and the property was left clean! I would absolutely contract through Reroof America again! They were wonderful on all fronts

I have just had my final meeting with Joe Wire, who sold me on using Hoffman Weber. My siding project was finished a couple weeks ago. I had a great experience with this company from beginning to end. They explained everything, answered questions and helped solve every issue. My house was built in 1928 so it needed a new facelift. I chose the James Hardie product for it’s high quality and for the finished look. Joe explained the choices of products but I chose the James Hardie. It is worth every penny to end up with such a maintenance free, great looking house. I also had them do a new seamless membrane flat roof on my three-season porch. Bryan, my project manager, was available all through the project to answer any questions and keep me updated on the project. He was so thorough and stopped by multiple times to check on everything. Boris, my installer, is an artist! He worked 6 days a week with his brother, installing all the siding and trim. Everything is done to perfection. He really does quality work and takes his time making sure everything is perfect. The roofers did my porch roof so I will never have to worry about a leaky roof. They stayed extra late to make sure they got it done before a snow storm hit the following day. I couldn’t be happier with my “new” house. I highly recommend Hoffman and Weber. They are so easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, problem solvers and I know they really cared about my project from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, Bryan, Boris and his brother. Thank you for all the expert work. I have already had lots of compliments on my house

I was so pleased with his work that I wrote him a letter afterwards to thank him. The crew that did the work did not speak English well but were extremely polite and worked very hard.
