The guy that showed up was so unbelievably rude. He spent the majority of time ranting about everything from other plumbers to Angie's List to Home Depot. At one point, he went off on me because he didn't like my home. He said, "you obviously never watch HGTV, your appliances don't even match." He was so unprofessional and at the end of the service appointment, he only moderately fixed the faucet. He did manage to try and sell me an entire new sink and faucet. That was discussed many times. I just wanted him to get out of my house

It went fine. They replaced the faucets but after they were gone and they asked me to write a review on Google for them, which I did, I noticed some leaking. I wrote them several e-mails but they didn't respond for weeks. Finally, they came out and said the pipes were old and needed replacement. He said Kyle would contact me about a quote. Now it's about a month later and I still haven't heard from them again, even after I e-mailed them again. Business must be good but I don't think they'll get any more of mine. Too bad

Woke up to a soggy carpet in the basement. Seems we had a leak behind a wall and could not locate it. 1/3 of the carpet in the basement was saturated and growing. Called Jayco, they did not have time on their calendar for that day for repair but could stop by and take a look. Jayco showed up within the hour of the call. They help me search high and low and after about 30 mins looking we found the issue (humidifier on the furnace was leaking). All I can say if they did not stop by - the damage would be significant more. They where professional, awesome, and on my speed dial for any future remodeling. You cannot go wrong with Jayco (A++ Rating

Jim has done work for us in the past. So I gave him a call, described the issue, and set up an appointment. After working on it for a bit, he was unable to stop the leak - even with new gaskets. The 32 year old horn had seen its better days, and a new one was needed. He fetched one and installed it. The work took longer than normal due to the crowded area around the meter. But Jim got the job done. We would definitely hire again

Ryan did a fantastic job roughing in my post frame building for a bathroom and running a gas line extension from my house. The project had a small window to get the work done, making scheduling a plumber difficult. Citywide arrived on time and provided a professional service and product, rolling with changes that popped up during the build. I will definitely call on Citywide to finish the plumbing in the shop next year and to help with any other future work in our house! I will recommend them to my friends in the area

Our main sewer line was clogged and Josh, #4348, came to the rescue! He explained what he was doing every step of the way, discussed our financial options, talked about preventative steps we could take, and spent over 2 hours cleaning pipes, using a video camera to show us potential problem spots, and replacing a broken cap on one of the pipes. He was respectful, efficient, and cleaned up as he went. Thanks to Josh, we are 100% satisfied customers

After an unsuccessful endeavor to get another company to do the work, we called Bradley Plumbing. Our sewer backed up on a Sunday afternoon and I went right to Angies List to find someone to do the job. The first company was booked, the estimate was $300 over the phone and add to that time and a half. He could make it after 9PM. He could make it after 5 on Monday, He said he would call someone else who may be able to come sooner. I never heard from them again. This morning I started to look for local plumbers and called Bradley. We called at 8AM and he was here in a little over an hour. He did the job in less than an hour and discussed the issues we would continue to have with our old sewer connection. He offered us a sewer cleaner he highly recommends. The total was still less than the other companies $300 estimate by $42. He preferred a check over a debit card, but that wasn't an issue for us. He is personable and easy to talk to. When we decide to get the 50 year old sewer tiles replaced in our front yard we will be calling Bradley Plumbing

Geno did a great job. He helped me lay out the bathroom and gave me good ideas on other aspects that I'm doing myself. He is a really hard worker and a really good guy. He hammered up the floor removed concrete, rocks and debris to get the drain lines installed. He ran the supply lines, valves and vents really fast. Geno had to do the job in many stages because of inspections and framing work that I was doing. We initially planned on doing a shower but decided to put in a free standing tube which impacted the drains. Geno busted the floor up again to make the needed changes for code compliance really quickly. This is the third project Geno has done at my house. In previous projects he removed all very old piping and replaced with PEX which essentially doubled the water pressure throughout the house. He removed lead pipe vent lines and replaced my hot water heater. He did a great job on every project. His prices were very fair and works really fast. Several of my friends at work also use Geno and everyone has been very positive about his work

My regular plumber was going to charge me an enormous amount to do a band aid fix that didn't end up working on my faucets that are no longer in production in my Kitchen. My neighbor told me that they know a plumber who could fix anything. He came looked at my faucet and told me the parts that I needed to order from Moan. When the parts came in he was able to fix them and I was able to keep the faucets that I prefer because they allow my backslash to be showcased.
