Servpro was great. The water damage occurred over the weekend and we called Servpro on Monday. They were there later in the week to remove all of the water damaged materials and to set up the equipment to dry out the kitchen. All of the staff were professional and worked well with our insurance (State Farm). They were late for the appointment on the final day due to an emergency at another location but we were able to reschedule to later that day. There were a few charges on the final invoice for projected work that they didn't end up doing. When I called the office manager she was very polite, apologetic, and worked with me and the technician who did the work to get the story and invoice straight. Hopefully, I never have water damage again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Servpro for the cleanup

We have used Green Clean twice over the past couple of years. Once was for major water damage from ice dams, the other was for water cleanup and mold mitigation after a flooded basement. Green Clean was out to our house almost immediately after both instances and they talked us through various options for handling the problems. When we chose the option that was best for us, they got to work right away. Although both circumstances were a struggle to deal with, Green Clean was by far the highlight of any service provider we hired. They simply do what they say they'll do - and they do it on time. It's easy to see why they're an Angie's List Super Service award winner and they're rated well with the BBB. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. It's easy to work with them

John, the owner immediately came out to assess the water damage in the basement. He was very kind and professional. The crew that came out to do the initial work was well done and they worked quickly to soak up the water in the carpet. However, the gentleman who did the drywall work and painting was extremely slow at finishing the job. Overall, I would definitely recommend using this company. After spring thaw, we ended up with water in the basement. Unfortunately didn't notice the water in the finished part of basement until carpet and carpet pad started to smell like mildew/mold. Loyear squeezed us in for a quick service call. A crew came all the way down from Duluth to assist. Was smaller job than they were used to ... no fire damage or mold taking over every wall. They removed wet carpet pad, got fans under the rolled up carpet and put down mold inhibitor in multiple spots. Took a team of 3 about an hour. I used my own fans to save money and avoid a return visit. They weren't able to give me a solid estimate or pricing up front. Sounds like most of their work is insurance claims. But I was pleasantly surprised to come out with a bill under $500. Would recommend

Our kitchen faucet leaked under the sink, soaking the sink cabinet, the hardwood floor and the basement insulation and wood framing, below. John and Victor showed up in less than two hours of my call. As importantly, they came fully equipped with a truckload of remediation gear. After assessing the damage using impressive technology, they gave us a complete briefing on our options. Rescue mats, air movers and dehumidifers were quickly deployed. Soaked insulation in the basement was carefully removed. After four days of continuous operation, the kitchen floor, the sink cabinet and basement were as dry as before the flooding. Done Right Carpet & Restoration
A pipe ruptured in my basement that ran to my water heater. I was able to shut the water off but it was clear that volume of water in the basement which submerged the carpet was beyond my means. I called Done Right and was amazed to find they answered my call at 1:30am. They were polite and professional and arrived at my house in less than 20 minutes. MOBILE MAINTENANCE
Called Mobile Maintenance Inc., Fridley, MN, again (as Steve installed a venting pipe, back in 2012, and I kept his card). My water softener or water heater was leaking all over my floor. The temperature was well below zero and he managed to work me in and arrived in time to save my floor from being permanently damaged. Steve did all the appropriate actions to dry out and/or removed the surrounding areas that had gotten moistened or wet (including the insulation under my home). When it was all dry, he had several of his guys come out (the water softener was the culprit) and repaired or restored everything to the original shape (except better...kudos to everyone!). His people were professional and took care not to cause any damage to the path of the problem area. They cleaned up everything before they left! Great job considering all the calls he was getting for freezing pipes. I would use Mobile Maintenance again, and would recommend them to anybody that needs work done, especially on your mobile home

A plan was developed to limit the amount of time my pets would have to be in their carriers. The cost for the service was tallied and agreed to prior to the start of the cleaning process. The contractor was polite and professional. The drying time took longer than estimated, but considering it was conducted in the winter, I'm not sure what more could have been expected

After calling several other companies that never returned my calls, Advantaclean answered on Saturday afternoon about 1/2 hour after I left a message. He came out on Sunday morning to do a free assessment of our problem, with no guarantee that he would get the job. After a very thorough inspection and evaluation of the best way to proceed, they started the job on the following Tuesday. They removed all damaged walls sanitized and cleaned up every where they had been. If I have any further needs they will be my only call. Their professionalism, courtesy, honesty and prompt attention to our emergency was absolutely outstanding

He came to the house, looked around, and ultimately gave us some advice that didn't require him to do any work. But he was super nice, super professional, and really seemed to know his stuff. He didn't charge a cent for the service call, which was really cool. A very upstanding, ethical guy. We're going to take his advice and contact our roofer. But I'd definitely hire Todd if the need came up

Dan came out and gave a thorough and professional assessment of the damage. He gave me a number of options as far as how much they could do depending on budget and need for more extensive work. On the day of the work, Dan showed up with a full complement of 3 workers. They made quick work of the whole project. One of the workers really got creative in patching around crumbling baseboard. This saved me having to hire carpenters to replace the woodwork. As far as the walls, they matched the paint perfectly. The results looks like the whole room was repainted. I was also impressed that Dan himself returned and did a walk-through of all of the work. I would recommend these guys for any painting job, especially if it requires some wall repairs

Our basement flooded in early summer 2013. We removed everything as soon as we could but the water damaged the walls. They came out and checked where the damage was and the mold started within a foot from the floor. Initially they could not come until later but when they found a few days in between jobs, they squeezed us in, which we were really thankful. They replaced the bottom part of the walls and also the bathroom ceiling where we had the water damage before. Everything went well. I gave an 'A' to the punctuality because they were stuck in the traffic one day and could not come on time. But they called and informed us where they were and how long it would take. They finished the work on time, cleaned up everything afterwards so we could repaint the wall. They gave us an estimate for painting but we did it on our own so the price included removal and installation of the drywalls. Now our basement looks fresh & new

Our dishwasher had been leaking water under our cabinets and flooring unknown to us for some time. There was mold under our cabinets and our flooring under the vinyl was damaged. We contact AdvantaClean and they were able to come out to give us an estimate within a day or two (much quicker than other companies we called). Cory inspected the damage and provided an estimate; he was very professional, answered all our questions, and explained everything that would need to be removed or replaced. When we called Cory - he always answered his phone and was timely in getting back to us with information. The pricing was fair for the amount of work. They had availability to do the work within a week of our first contact; in fact, they called and moved us up a day since they had a delay on another project and we were anxious to get the mold removed. Steve and an assistant completed the work. They were timely, professional, and were good at answering questions I had as they completed the work. They had to remove a section of our kitchen cabinets and did so with great care. They labeled the parts (we could keep) as they removed the cabinets so that we would be able to replace them at a later time ? saved us from the headache of trying to get new cabinets to match our other cabinets. They removed the damaged items and cleaned up after they were done. I would use them again if needed and would recommend them to others

Greg came out with a top end duct cleaning rig (pretty impressive and powerful). He got all set up and systematically went through every room and duct certainly not the so called (bloe and go) which some do. It had been a long time since this had been done and he really got the stuff out (wow) glad to have someone who knew what he was doing with the right equipment for this type of work. Greg is a easy going type guy and funny and I would definatily use him again for serious cleaning like this

Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior
