It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went very well. They did a good job and we enjoyed it. We were pleased. We had them take a few more things. It was hard to know exactly what would fit in the space in his truck. We pretty much knew that we had more than what the deal would cover but it was still a good deal. The founder's son arrived on time with his very professional young son. They placed the dumpster exactly where I had requested. I completed my project early so called to let them know they could collect the dumpster at their convenience. They stopped by the next day and left with the dumpster. It was a very quick, friendly, and professional business transaction. Bergquist is the company that had a garbage collection company for almost 100 years before Saint Paul switched over to its own single-provider contract policy, leaving Bergquist and other reputable companies out in the cold. I hope this very reputable company survives with its business now limited to roll-off services. You can trust this family-owned and operated business

I'd called other places before, and felt like a number and like they didn't understand what I was needing, but with Junk Masters I talked to a real human - I think he was even the person who came out on the day - and he paid close attention to the details. They came with a big team, fully prepared, and were able to get the tub out so quickly I was astonished. They were all very polite, very professional, and right on time. I had no idea how to get a dumpster. A1 Hauling was so helpful. They gave me all my answers and were really nice. I met The driver Dan and he opened the door of the dumpster for me and I was surprised that a dumpster could look so clean. I wasn't embarressed of it in my driveway. I will be recommending thus company to my construction worker friends

I called Junk Justice to pick up and haul away several items from my home after remodeling my basement. My garage was full and I have a very busy schedule. I didn’t have time to do it myself. I spoke to Wes and told him what I wanted done. He was very accommodating and made it so easy. He showed up on time and was very professional. Wes loaded everything up and thanked me for my business. I was so impressed that I asked him to come back and haul away a bunch of brush that I had stacked up in a huge pile. I was so happy when it was all done. I went to 1800gotjunk.com and was able to easily schedule a next-day appointment. The crew called about 1/2 hour before the scheduled time and offered an earlier pickup time if it was convenient for me, which was nice. The junk I needed hauling was in my garage. Major items included 1) a green Bagster bag overflowing with cardboard, part of a window well, carpet and other non-hazardous junk 2) two broken vacuum cleaners 3) a couple TV/computer monitors 4) about 7 large black plastic bags of construction waste 5) an old office chair 6) a pile of scrap wood. With the $10 surcharge per monitor the total came to just under $500. The guys were very courteous and easy to work with. I simply told them what I needed hauled, walked back in my house and they rang my doorbell when the job was done. They swept up the garage floor before they left which was an unexpected bonus. Perfect service

I can't begin to tell you how well this went. I have lived in this townhouse for 35 years and have obtained a lot of things I no longer wanted. Someone called me last night to confirm my appt. which I was able to make on-line. The team of Andrew and Connor were right on time calling me 15 mins. before they came which allowed me to move my car. I have a cat which I was going to confine in a bedroom, I was not able to find him for the first 30 mins. of their task and they were on the lookout for him so that he didn't get out. They had problems removing a loveseat that I had in my den and had to remove a door to get it out. They were very professional and friendly and always asked if they weren't sure if an item was to be removed. They even pointed out two suitcases in the garage, hanging from the ceiling which I hadn't thought about. They also swept out my garage and the mess was not theirs. As I am doing other things in the house I don't have a replacement love-seat, they moved a chair from my living room upon my request, as I spend most of my time in the den. They even showed an interest in seeing some of my hobby which is counted cross stitch

He even recommended how I could save some money by disposing of a few small items myself at local residential drop-off locations. He ended up hauling a love seat, sleeper sofa, sleeper love seat, file cabinet, and a few other small items.
