Our gas fireplace gaskets were reduced to dust. We were told by multiple fireplace retailers that this particular manufacturer was no longer in business and were unable to provide replacement gaskets. Assuming our only course of action was to purchase a new fireplace, we started shopping around. We found that the prices were beyond what we were willing to spend and started looking into fixing the existing fireplace. All Seasons was patient and thorough. The owner Joe came to our house and made careful measurements before the installation crew arrived. When the crew ended up with the incorrect sized face for the fireplace, the problem was quickly resolved. Joe explained all our options to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Our experience was positive from start to finish. My husband and I could not agree on the style or location of the fireplace in our family room. Wayne came out to give us an estimate and was able to provide ideas that we had not even thought of. His advice and expertise helped us come up with a design both of us were happy with. Tom and Taylor came to install the fireplace, stone the surround and the mantle and cabinets. They did a beautiful job! All 3 (Wayne, Tom and Taylor) were able to provide detailed explanations for our many questions and are very knowledgable about the products they use. They were all punctual, professional and cleaned up their mess on their way out! We were able to just sit back and enjoy our new fireplace. I had a new gas fireplace installed and wanted Cambria as the surround material. Since I had previously used Kitchens of Woodbury to update my bathrooms and I was pleased with their work, I decided to use them again to do this installation. After the new fireplace was installed, they came out to do measurements and it became obvious that some carpentry work would be necessary to be able to properly install the Cambria. They provided a carpenter and he did an excellent job of making the fireplace flush with the wall area and slightly raising it so a 2 cm height of Cambria would fit under the fireplace. The actual installation of the Cambria went very smoothly. They spent a lot of time making sure everything was aligned and that the two seams were virtually invisible. Once again Kitchens of Woodbury did a fantastic job

Hanke Heating & Air Conditioning
Neal Hanke had to run a gas line from the basement up to the living room. This required cutting a hole in the sheet rock in another room to get in behind the fireplace. He was fast and did an excellent job. When he was done, he had organized all of our gas lines in the laundry room into one neat panel so it was easy to identify each line and the main line. He repair the hole in the sheet rock that was needed, it was done so perfectly that you could not tell it had been cut after we painted it. The new fireplace insert worked perfectly. We have called Neal back on several occasions when we have needed furnace service. Each time is he prompt, works quickly and does an excellent job, plus he never leaves a mess

Mike proposed and created a lively backyard retreat that included grading one side of our home & creating a stepping path, a flagstone patio for entertaining and plants & trees to help with privacy. These are the nicest guys - - - ALL of them! From the owner to the installers. I dropped into their store front and was immediately and warmly welcomed by Gil. He was extremely helpful and was willing to spend time explaining the pros and cons of granite. I sent in rough measurements of my counter area by email and received a timely response regarding cost and when they could send someone out to measure. The owner came to measure and told me when they could install, which was withing a couple weeks. The two men showed up on time and called first before arriving. They installed the counter top in good time, neatly, and without any intrusive attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Granite Specialists LLC for their excellent customer service and fair price

Terry is great to work with. Other companies would not do the work (or did not follow through with an estimate). Terry was very responsive, gave an estimate on the spot (and added in a couple of things at no charge). He saw the work as straightforward. He and his worker were here first thing in the morning ready to go - organized, considerate and thorough. He came back the next day to clean everything. He is busy so get on his schedule early

It was a positive experience. I called the fireplace doctor after seeing his name in Angie's list and noting that his business was close to my home. I called him and he was able to come over later that day to look at the fireplace and see what the problem was. He was very professional. He looked at the fireplace and did some basic tests. He quickly knew that we needed a control box and he has some refurbished ones back at his shop. Since it was later in the day, we agreed that he would come out the next day. He was back the next day right on schedule. He installed the refurbished control box which fixed the problem. He then cleaned out and performed annual services on the fireplace to include stacking the fake logs in the correct order per the fireplace manual. I would use his services again and have recommended him to several friends already

We started out with lots of questions because some recent remodel work had been an awful experience; Mickey was very patient and helped us through the entire process. It went very well! Very professional by all members of the team @ Glowing Hearth and Home! Mickey, Dave and Ed all did a great job and were cordial and friendly as well as doing excellent work for us. We did have a bit of a challenge for our hearth stone, because we wanted the tile we had replaced with a solid piece of stone; this required involving another vendor that GH&H recommended. It all worked out very well, the hearth stone was cut and placed the the fireplace set, inspected and the beautiful surrounding stone set. It turned out better than we had imagined! Overall, a very positive experience! We'd recommend them to family and friends, which we already have done

After explaining what we were interested in--removing existing brick and mantle and installing floor-to-ceiling stone in a 14 foot room--Shelley helped us narrow our search and scheduled an in-home estimate for the following weekend. A few days later, we made our selection and returned to the showroom to finalize the project. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and friendly. True craftsmen transformed our functional fireplace into an amazing focal point. It was a great experience and we are delighted with the results.
