St Paul Fence Pressure Wash

Our house was pressure washed this summer and New Day was timely, professional, and the end results were amazing. We live near a busy road so a lot of dirt had built up on the shingles and after the pressure wash the difference was night and day. We would definitely use New Day again for this service.

We had Dan from Snap to completely re-do our exterior due to hail damage. I hired Snap after being bombarded with contractors in our neighborhood. Many didn't even have a presence on Angie's List. I decided on Snap after reading all the positive reviews. Dan came out and worked with our insurance adjuster to insure all issues were pointed out. He has a laid back professionalism that I know adjuster liked. Very different from other contractors that were aggressive in getting every last dollar from insurance. I didn't want that type of contractor when the adjuster came out. Work was done on siding and roof and Dan was great to work with with all my "ideas". (We added dormers) I think he would even agree we now have prettiest house on the block. He was great in recommending the right products. He suggested LP instead of Hardy but steered us towards Hardy on the shakes we had installed in the peaks. Still working with him and his crews to add some features to back garage and fencing.

Crew of three arrived early in the morning as expected and got right to work with the power washing. One worker came inside and began the inside window washing. My home has many high windows so lots of ladders were involved. I was home and observed that they were all working diligently to get the job done despite cold and slightly rainy weather. Their pressure washer also broke down in the middle of the job and they had to leave and get a new unit. Other than that, the process went very smoothly and they were very respectful of my property, making sure all items (such as planters) were moved inside before the pressure washing began. The windows look wonderful and it was well worth the cost to avoid doing this arduous task ourselves. I believe that windows alone in our 3000 sq. ft. house would have been $250 and pressure washing alone $300. Would definitely hire them again.

Had Ben come to clean backyard white fence. It was dirty dirty...... Wonderful! I am sure my neighbors appreciate the yucky eye sore dirt gone.....My fence is “White” again! Communication was great. Got rained out 3/4 way from completion....came back later same day after rain passed to finish - keep me updated with options..... Totally use again! 🐢💖🤓

The service was nicely done. I am very satisfied with the result. Mildew on my siding was all washed away.

They came with all the equipment needed to complete my projects without needing water or a power supply, they had it all in their vehicle - cleaned all my white exterior doors that were almost black they were so dirty! In spring of 2017 (May) I hired Flanagan Painting to paint my stucco house. I had initially wanted only my trim painted as paint was peeling badly. He explained to me that he noticed cracks in my stucco in both house & garage & he could patch those up & if I would have the whole house painted, he could use a special paint to also help seal the cracks in the stucco. Since I didn’t know the last time the house was painted (I’ve owned for only 7 years) & because I thought a full paint job would help seal out pests of all kinds, I decided to go with his suggestion of full house & garage painting. (I didn’t feel pressured by him at all to do full paint job.) So glad I did! Joe Flanagan & his assistant, Jonathon, did a great job on my house & garage! And at a reasonable price! And with a 5% Angie’s List member discount. He also suggested power washing my wooden fence, which was unpainted & unstained & had turned an ugly gray. He said if I did this, it would look almost new again, with a tinge of the original orange color. He was right! The fence looks so much better. And he gave me suggestions on staining it to maintain it. He also was careful of my perennial plants that were coming up around the house, which I appreciated – I did mark them to help him avoid. They were detail oriented & careful in their painting. He also noticed & pointed out a hole in my eaves which he chased a squirrel out of & plugged up w/ rocks as a temporary barrier. And he & his assistant were both so congenial, friendly & easy to work with! And answered all my questions! I will definitely hire again for any painting work!

It looks wonderful. The price was a little high, but I wanted to make sure they'd protect all my planting. They were super careful. They made sure the stain didn't get on my outside surfaces so that my dog didn't step into it. The quality was excellent. They were super efficient. They came out to give me an estimate almost immediately. The professionalism was outstanding.

This went very well. They were very pleasant, efficient and they did what they set out to do. They did it easily and did it well.

The workers arrived 2 hours earlier than arranged, completed the job in 15 min. or less. The siding looks clean.
