Tom met me at my house on time. He was very careful in his ladder placement to avoid denting my gutters and inspected the problem area. He explained to me that I could fix it the problem with a some silicone caulk and even applied the caulk to home for no charge. I have been monitoring the leak closely through several large storms and heavy rains the past month and so far not a single leak

It went great. Scott came to see the work before it was done, and spent a lot of time going over my laundry list of things I needed done. The house was built in 1934, so is one that requires pretty constant attention. He provided some great advice before he even did the work. He and his colleague showed up when he said he would, did high quality work very efficiently, but was not rushed. He left the space cleaner than when he found it, and provided some additional advice about some landscaping after the work. He has moved to the top of my list of service providers

Lance Melville Construction
When searching for a contractor we met with Lance to discuss our needs. The wooden screen door on our porch had rotted and the type of wooden doors available were not of adequate quality so we had included a metal screen door as a replacement in the proposal. Lance told us that he could have a Cedar screen door built that would be a more desirable and less expensive choice for the porch. We choose to have the Cedar Screen door built to replace our existing door. Lance suggested that the service door and porch door be delivered prior to installation so we could complete all painting and staining. We initially thought that only the brick mould on the screened windows would need replaced. Lance found that the rot was more extensive requiring two new window sills, exterior plywood under the sidewall shingles, and trim. He and his helper completed the additional repairs very neatly and quickly. They removed all debris and cleaned all areas that were worked in. Both of the gentlemen were very friendly and professional, would definitely hire Lance Melville again

It's beautiful. The craftsmanship and carpentry very detailed. Actually installed windows in the porch to allow us to hang bird feeders outside the porch. Very unique. Installed a railing outside the porch to allow us to hang feeders there as well.

Sales guy was sorta pushy and then went radio silent. Like bro don’t call me on a Sunday for a down payment then go quiet for like 3 weeks before Dustin came on board

Dercon was fantastic to work with and I'm very pleased with my final project. I needed my condo windows replaced - 2 fairly large windows. Dercon's estimate was reasonable (of three estimates, I had one questionably low quote, and two that were only $100 apart. Dercon was the cheaper of these two). I met and corresponded with Derek to get started and of all three contractors, this was the best initial experience, from the quote through all email conversation prior to committing to the project (as much if not more of the reason why I picked them as the slight price difference). The crew that came to do the replacement was great, Dercon + crew were great with follow-up, the process was easy from start to finish. And, my final payment was just under the estimate even, because the final permit cost came in lower. I recommend Dercon and would consider them again for any future projects

Trevor was great to work with. Punctual, responsive, professional. He also offered aesthetic judgements to make the final result look better - that is really what set him apart from the other bidder we talked to. And Trevor (Graley) was also a bit less expensive. They did good work, cleaned up well, and stayed right at their initial estimate. I hate spending money, but this seemed 'all good.

We had screens ripped by pets and one torn completely open by a raccoon! The Screen Medics replaced screens on 4 porch sliding screen doors with much stronger black screen material and easier to see through as well. So far no signs of ripping and they look great. Replaced the screens right in our porch and completed the job in about 1 hour

Bob met with us several times to prepare and complete plans for our deck/screen porch and was extremely helpful in the design/planning stages. Once started, Matt oversaw the project and was readily available, checked on the crew's progress daily and gave an in person update on progress and next steps every 2-3 days. The crew was hard working, pleasant and respectful. The entire job site was picked up at the end of each day. A+ for communication, attention to detail, resolution of (very) minor blips along the way, responsiveness, availability for questions and expertise. We love the completed project. It is the perfect addition to our home and are SO happy to work with Bob and Matt

Resanding of the floors wne very well. But the communication on what it would take for the window was alway slow and details were not provided. Cost kept creeping up after project started. Also found out later that we should have received a rebate on the new windows but contractor must have kept. My biggest issue was the lack of detail a in the estimate and communication in setting up appointments. Project went on way too long
