We heard about Conrad from a friend, had never hired a painter before. He came out the same day to give us a bid, it was fair and honestly we didn't want to tackle such a big project with all the wall repair needed..so we decided that night to proceed. He and his team came out two days later. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward, no bs. Answered my questions. It's a family business which I love! The guys were nice, considerate, and easy going. They were on time each day and got the job done in the time Conrad estimated. They took care to cover and tape everything. I could hear them from my office, they were having so much fun... Laughing and singing! We are so happy with how our walls turned out and love the color!! They did an awesome job covering the seams and defects from the previous owner, Geri meticulous. Our house is almost cleaner now than it was before they started! I wish I could include photos

They did an absolutely excellent job removing old stubborn wallpaper and repairing multiple flaking paint areas and wall imperfections. Hugo, the guy who did our job, is a perfectionist who treated our project as if it was his own home. Dave led me to believe he could do all kinds of work. Dave and his son did not prep by sanding or wall patching or prime the walls. He kept saying with the paint he was using that he did not have to. They did not cover with plastic when they painted and missed some areas. They took more time then expected and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. overcharged me and refuses to acknowledge it. Had to have my brother's help to deal with the bathroom sink when having new countertop installed and faucets in the bathroom. He didn't know how to do the tack strip after putting in my new kitchen floor

Kurt was able to take advantage of some rainy weather and had painters to my house on very short notice. Everything was done before we moved in and looks great. Definitely one of the easiest contractor experiences I've had. They're not cheap, but they deliver high quality and great customer service. Responded to my call on first attempt. Scheduled a date in same week. Room is 50 years old and had a good deal of glue from previous wallpaper as well as wear and tear. First attempt at sand and prep wall showed need for repair. He offered to skim wall for reasonable price. Finished painting the room the next day. Quick, great clean up and quality looking job. Looks like a new room. Tom was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely hire him again

Patriot Painting did an amazing job finishing up my drywalled garage, which was not in the greatest shape when Brian arrived. By the time he left he had transformed it into an amazing and clean looking space. He worked magic on tricky seams and rough areas. His painting was fantastic as well. Gary and his entire crew were professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and performed excellent work. Despite his full service calendar, he was able to fit us in because he knew that we needed the work done quickly. While the actual amount we paid was a little bit higher than the estimate it was worth it. The higher cost was due to the fact that they took the time to scrape all of the old paint off of the windows, which now look like new. They also touched up some places in our basement without any additional charge. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the room and would hire Gary and his crew again for any painting job

The ceiling job went well. Mike is a nice guy. The hallway job didn't go well at all. It was completed before and after Thanksgiving. I was clear in my direction that I had wanted the rest of the wallpaper removed. I had completed approximately 30-40% when I realized that I needed help. I was told no problem. It was explained that they would coat the wall, prime and paint it. About four days later the wallpapers was peeling. Mike responded quickly and redid it. He advised me that it would bubble but not to worry. He was right, the bubbles went away after two days. However, when they left after the last finish coat they must have dragged a tarp across the wall and left mark across the wet paint. Mike said I can always call him back to fix anything, but I chose not to. I sanded it and painted it

My kitchen walls had a number of issues after removing old cabinets and paneling - some wall holes, many nail holes, glue from laminate backsplash, etc. To make matters worse,there were repairs needed to correct the terrible skimcoating and patching done by the first painter I hired and had to dismiss. Laurie and Terri did a fantastic job, it's hard to believe they were able to remove almost all the imperfections in these old walls, and the quality of the paint job itself is excellent. They took great care to protect my new kitchen cabinets and appliances and cleaned up completely afterwards
