My kitchen walls had a number of issues after removing old cabinets and paneling - some wall holes, many nail holes, glue from laminate backsplash, etc. To make matters worse,there were repairs needed to correct the terrible skimcoating and patching done by the first painter I hired and had to dismiss. Laurie and Terri did a fantastic job, it's hard to believe they were able to remove almost all the imperfections in these old walls, and the quality of the paint job itself is excellent. They took great care to protect my new kitchen cabinets and appliances and cleaned up completely afterwards

We heard about Conrad from a friend, had never hired a painter before. He came out the same day to give us a bid, it was fair and honestly we didn't want to tackle such a big project with all the wall repair needed..so we decided that night to proceed. He and his team came out two days later. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward, no bs. Answered my questions. It's a family business which I love! The guys were nice, considerate, and easy going. They were on time each day and got the job done in the time Conrad estimated. They took care to cover and tape everything. I could hear them from my office, they were having so much fun... Laughing and singing! We are so happy with how our walls turned out and love the color!! They did an awesome job covering the seams and defects from the previous owner, Geri meticulous. Our house is almost cleaner now than it was before they started! I wish I could include photos

They did an absolutely excellent job removing old stubborn wallpaper and repairing multiple flaking paint areas and wall imperfections. Hugo, the guy who did our job, is a perfectionist who treated our project as if it was his own home. Dave led me to believe he could do all kinds of work. Dave and his son did not prep by sanding or wall patching or prime the walls. He kept saying with the paint he was using that he did not have to. They did not cover with plastic when they painted and missed some areas. They took more time then expected and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. overcharged me and refuses to acknowledge it. Had to have my brother's help to deal with the bathroom sink when having new countertop installed and faucets in the bathroom. He didn't know how to do the tack strip after putting in my new kitchen floor

I had just purchased the home and was hoping to get some painting finished before we moved in. This was in the summer when painters are typically extremely busy. Kurt was able to take advantage of some rainy weather and had painters to my house on very short notice. Everything was done before we moved in and looks great. Definitely one of the easiest contractor experiences I've had. They're not cheap, but they deliver high quality and great customer service. I fully expect to hire Home Transformations for painting projects in the future

It went very well. After trying to remove the wallpaper, the painters in consultation with the company's owner, decided to skim coat the walls in the kitchen, half bath, living room, and dining room before painting them. The stained bedroom ceiling required extensive repair before painting. The painters had to remove the textured ceiling in the stained area, scrape in down, and retexture the ceiling before painting it. The painter removed the cabinet doors and the drawers and sprayed them with a base coat and a final coat of paint. They replaced the new hardware on the cabinet doors and drawers before reattaching the cabinets and replacing the drawers. Painting my townhouse required expertise and patience. Just FYI: the owner, who does not paint, came by to check on the project every day and also to speak with me. Also, the painters removed an empty 4-drawer file cabinet and the top of a heavy computer desk and put them in the dumpster before painting the upstairs office--this was not part of their job, and I appreciate their doing it

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. PRICE WAS GOOD, THE CREW WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS MINOR: SOME MISCOMMUNICATION AS TO WHEN THEY WERE RETURNING AFTER THE FIRST DAY, BUT IT WAS EASY TO REACH TONY THE SUPERVISOR AND THINGS WERE EASILY AND QUICKLY CLEARED UP. It was awesome!!! The guys at MX did an immaculate paint job on the exterior of the house. The job was very professionally done. There was no mess or trash around the yard. Carlos is respectable, humble and courteous. They know customer service. He was very helpful in giving advice on how to choose paint colors. We made the right choice with MX. We had other estimates, but they didn't give any knowledge or feedback on how to make your paint job really compliment your house. MX did and I recommend you try them. We still can't believe how great our house look. Thanks MX

Bryan was fantastic to work with. First, he scheduled a consult to bid the project and said he would be at my office at 2:30 and he arrived promptly and walked me through the project recommendations and was very thorough and honest with his recommendations making him an easy choice to hire for the project. Once we were on the schedule Bryan kept me in the loop on scheduling and steps needed to complete the project. Once on site Bryan was careful and complete with the cleaning and pre-painting preparations for our project. The next day the painting crew was on site and meticulous in the pre-painting preparations (caulking, taping off windows, scraping & sanding). By the third day they were ready to start painting, the crew was careful and cautious of our employees and customers coming an going as we stayed open during the project. Once completed our building looked incredible, I'll be sure to add photos! 100% would I recommend Bryan and Design Unlimited for your next painting project!
