He tested for radon in my house. I had elevated radon in my basement. He drilled a hole in the foundation a put a pipe up through the roof and placed a fan in the attic to suck up the radon through the roof. He sealed up some places so radon couldn't get in. He had to be terribly frustrated through the whole thing but he was as sweet as pie. He got rid of the radon and came back to make sure it was at government standard level

Walt was extremely professional, patiently explaining the details of how radon accumulates as well as options for mitigation. After reviewing our situation and radon levels, he concluded that their system would do an excellent job of mitigating the radon, but due to the age and construction of our home said that the results would be aesthetically very unappealing. Since we have an air exchanger, he suggested we consider upgrading to a different unit that could assist with removing more radon without the aesthetic issues

Dave was responsive, professional, and provided a thorough home inspection. We felt that we were in good hands, because Dave walked us through all findings and educated us on various outcomes of the inspection. The inspection report was extremely thorough and easy to understand. Dave was punctual for both the appointment and in providing the report, and was excellent at communicating expectations. Our inspection included: full inspection of home, inside and out, as described on the company website; radon testing; infrared testing for insulation. We chose Harmony, because of Dave's professionalism, including responsiveness and many years of experience and certification in the business. We plan to hire Dave again when future inspection needs arise. We also plan to refer Dave to any family and friends looking for an inspector. Yury is the real deal! Between my friends, my family, and my own experiences, there have been many bad inspectors. They always just happen to show up a couple hours early, so when I arrive to start the inspection they are almost done already. Then we find obvious things wrong with the house that any inspector should have noticed. Not a problem with Yury! He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and gave me his professional opinions. Yury is very knowledgeable about what to look for, and very thorough in looking for it. After the inspection, he had the report sent out to me within a few hours! I highly recommend you get his expertise on your side before you purchase a home. I will be recommending him to everyone I know

Good so far, just waiting for the city inspector to approve. Their quote was accurate. Their communication was great to set up everything. Their installation team was prompt and professional. My only criticism is that we will need to cut off some sealant prior to finishing the interior of the window. I was aware that it would be unpainted/unfinished, but not told that it may need to be slightly cleaned up prior to finishing. Otherwise, this has been a great experience! I will hire them again in the future

Very professional, honest and upfront from the start. We received 3 estimates and this was the best price, most knowledgeable inspector/salesman and the communication was amazing. I was very comfortable from the beginning to the end! The also came very highly recommended by my realtor and home inspector! The driveway and sidewalk were leveled to their original position perfectly. The basement wall I was worried about was anchored and the drain tile and sump pump system were installed with radon mitigation and done in less than 2 days! Everything was cleaned well and the job leader stayed in touch with me to ensure i knew what was going on and was happy with everything. Very highly recommend this company

Salesman/designer arrived on time, reviewed the basement, discussed what his system would be like and answered all of our questions. Since we had done some research and learned about what a system might look like and cost from neighbors and other resources, we were comfortable accepting their bid. The system starts with a hole in the basement floor with a pit beneath. A large pipe (2" or 3" dia.) runs from the hole into the basement, then outside. A fan mounted outside, that runs 24 x 7, pulls the radon gas from beneath the basement and exhausts it outside, above the roof. The work crew of two arrived on time, along with the electrician they had hired to add an outlet outside near where the fan would installed. The entire job took only 3 or 4 hours. The crew was courteous and answered questions that came to mind. They cleaned up after themselves and we were left with an operating radon mitigation system. Although they could not guarantee any particular radon value, they do have a standard price for adding a second extraction point (using the same fan) if it is needed. They did a good job

Isaac was fantastic to work with. He showed up on time pre installation, investigated the house thoroughly and explained the process he would perform to install the Radon Mitigation System. On the day of installation, he was on time, installed the Radon Mitigation System in a very clean manner without any trace of trash and was very easy to work with.
