Amazing! I was mostly in contact with Dave who made this process easy. I am so thankful for this company. We moved here from more than 500 miles away into a new home with no landscaping or sod yet! I kept in contact with Dave over many many weeks so we could schedule the instillation after the landscaping and irrigation but before the sod. Though this sounds like an easy enough task, there were several times when plans changed and Dave and hidden fence were more than understanding and helpful! When we finally got word we would be getting our sod, Bruce was able to come out and install with only a few hours of notice! I was very impressed! With 3 kids and no real community here yet and so many situations to juggle, hidden fence was a blessing to be able to work with and will continue recommend them to everyone

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY NEGATIVE. THE SALESPERSON ASSURED ME THAT THE FENCE COULD BE PUT IN MY POND WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE INSTALLER SAID THE EXACT OPPOSITE. WHEN I TOLD THE INSTALLER TO FORGET IT AND I WOULD CANCEL, HE CHANGED HIS TUNE. NOW THAT THE SYSTEM HAS MALFUNCTIONED LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, I WONDER WHO WAS RIGHT. THE COLLAR HAD A TENDENCY TO GIVE THE WARNING BEEP WHILE IN THE HOUSE! THE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS INDICATE A POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH SOME COLOR TVS, BUT DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE POSSIBILITY OF DEFECTIVE COLLARS. BECAUSE MY DOG WAS BECOMING UNDERSTANDABLY ANXIOUS, I CALLED AND THEY ADMITTED THAT THE COLLAR COULD BE DEFECTIVE, IT WAS. THE SALES PROMOTION PROMISES A YEAR'S SUPPLY OF BATTERIES TO THE PERSON WHO PROVIDES A REFERRAL. I LISTED MY BROTHER IN CONNECTICUT, BUT HE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING. I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP AND THEY SAID THEY'D TAKE CARE OF IT. MONTHS LATER I CALLED AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING

From the very start, all the people at Hidden Fence were great! They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry and took the time to answer all my questions. Once we decided to go with Hidden Fence, they were able to get us on their installation calendar within a few days. The install only takes a couple of hours and then they walk you through how to train your dog. You get a nice handout that explains exactly what you need to do to train. The whole training process was quite simple. When I did have questions during the training process, Bruce was there for me. Our whole family, and especially our golden doodle, is really happy to have the electric fence. It has been such a positive change for all of us

This company was fantastic. I contacted on the 1st for a quote and they were out on the 6th doing install. The "other" company in the area could not even come out to give a quote until well after I had everything done and the dog trained. Arrived right on time, took about 2 hours to install and train, it was great. The dog is doing really well and we are so happy with this product

Excellent - technicians arrived on time and identified invisible fence integrity and repaired areas which needed attention. Since this occurred in the winter - we were told that the technicians would return in the spring to bury the repaired wires. We are now anticipating the completion of the work begun in January. Hopefully, this will be initiated by Invisible Fence, otherwise a reminder phone call will result. Excellent training by Jennifer! Our Border Collie was trained well in the 3 sessions, with owner training supplementing several times daily - playing in the yard, establishing boundaries - we are very pleased with the results. Jennifer was the trainer for our previous dog 10 years ago, when the Invisible Fence was originally installed. We are satisfied customers with both of our experiences with Invisible Fence

This service was excellent. We sent an email to the company asking for the service and a return call. They called and provided information on availability and price. The company was clear that they could do the work but were not the "approved" vendor for the system we had. Given the prompt reply, professionalism and openness, we decided to use them. He was able to come and make the repair when we were not home and bill us later. the price is very reasonable for the service and well worth saving our time to search for the break in the wire and make the repair. If we have a similar problem in the future, we'll call Hidden Fence again

They came back second time to bury the wire and were very understanding about me not being able to find my sprinkler heads since it was a new house. (And they didn't hit any!) A little too much telephone tag would be my only negative (hence B for responsiveness), but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys - they were great

I highly recommend Hidden Fence of Minnesota. Everything went well, the initial consultation helped answer all of our questions, installation was quick and training was easy! No sales pressure, the price on their website is the price you pay. He even recommended the cheaper package, most sales pitches pressure you to get top-of-the-line option. Because ground was still frozen, they temporarily laid wiring around the perimeter or our property so we could start training our dog. Few weeks later, they came out and buried the cable in maybe an hour - I couldn't believe how quick that was. Very hassle free. If you've never had invisible fencing (we hadn't before this) training a dog is incredibly easy. We have a 4-year old lap dog, and he learned to not leave the yard very quickly, with very minimal effort on our part. With the different settings that are available, it's easy to have your dog trained in 2-3 days. It's SO convenient just opening the door and letting him run free, and he loves being able to run around the whole yard on his own. Their payment flexibility - nothing up front, plans available - is a very nice option if desired. 5-years worth of batteries is very nice, I won't have to worry about finding the right batteries a couple years down the road. Overall, highly recommend. I'm not a big feedback leaver, but worth my time as this service was truly excellent.
