Recent Review: Steve A., the sales rep, was easy to work with and was persistent in getting the details perfect. The installation was in a older house (100+years) and both Steve and the installer worked together to fit many uneven and sagging window frames. The style of shade I chose is an older and less frequently requested product. Will Bathke, the owner, was both invovlved and supportive in giving my sales rep the leeway he needed to make this job flawless. the people at Aero are pros.

Recent Review: Free in-house estimate - very helpful and friendly. We visited the showroom and had great interaction with the people there. The person who installed the blinds was also friendly and easy to work with. Very quick, too. We'd gladly use this company again! (Installation was free, and they helped us to find blinds that were on sale.)

Recent Review: PROMPT AND HELPFUL. CAME TO THE HOUSE TO MEASURE EACH WINDOW AND SUGGEST OPTIONS. INSTALLED THE WINDOW TREATMENTS. CAME BACK TO ADJUST ONE THAT WAS UNEVEN AT THE BOTTOM. INSTALLATION WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. WILL DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN WHEN WE GET WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR THE REST OF THE HOUSE.

Recent Review: Don't know what they are called but the long slats for Arcadia door. Had a little problem with one end pulling away from the wall--they came out immediately and fixed it. Not sure I would use this type of blind again. Might try something different. I like being able to open and close them and they did do what I had hoped they would do being able to adjust the opening and closing. Sorry I don't remember when they were installed.

Recent Review: 1. Provider tried to upsell from the beginning 2. Was expensive compared to other providers but promised quality that was not received in the end 3. Provider did not pick up all trash upon job completion 4. Provider was rude to my dog 5. Window treatments came out crooked and Tom made no effort to fix this. Instead, he blamed it on my windows being old. I would not recommend him to anyone else.

Recent Review: Craig is the best! He is very skilled, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We own a small business and he completely re-did the bathroom in our building. He did such a beautiful job! Now we call him whenever we need something fixed in our home. He schedules us right away and takes great care of our home. On this latest job in our home he even made sure the outlet that he fixed was childproofed for my toddler before he left! I highly recommend him.

Recent Review: The Abbott staff with whom we have worked have been very professional and take their jobs seriously. We worked with the same woman in 2009 and in November 2013, when we needed to have two blinds repaired. This is a good sign--the staff stay with the company--and they were always prompt and courteous.

Recent Review: I called Budget Blinds and asked for Mike Oleson. An appointment was set up with Mike and he was here within the week. Mike was very helpful, offered good suggestions, had several samples available. Decisions were made and an was order written that afternoon. He said it could take up to 3 weeks and it actually took about 2 weeks; he had a cancellation one afternoon and called to see if I wanted my blinds earlier than scheduled which worked out great. Everything fit and was as I wanted. One duet had a very minor issue so Mike installed it until a replacement was received.

Recent Review: Renee has ordered and installed blinds in our home with a degree of perfection and professionalism that is rare. She worked with Hunter Douglas and other companies and is a one person dynamo. The blinds have been of varying size, type, color, etc. and her judgement and advice have been excellent. Access to some very large windows challenging, but she was equal to the task, risky though it seemed. She is always punctum and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend her and her company, Bed and Blinds.
