Mike Eastman was my original contact with Wright-at-Home Services. He was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable about roofing/siding etc. I'd contacted them after a few stormers had been through the area saying the house had storm damage. Mike wasn't pushy, and helped my wife and I find what we wanted in replacement siding. He worked quickly and professionally with our insurance company to get the work done. The crew came out within a week and started work on the house. They were done in three days, which was quick considering that one of the days we had a lot of rain. After finishing I noticed a lot of nails on the property, but that same day Nick came out to ask how things went. When I mentioned the nails he said he'd have a crew come out and make sure they were all gone, and that wasn't acceptable for them to leave items behind. Overall I was very impressed with the work done, and the people I worked with to get the job done

Bjorn Ricke, in particular, came out to my home to take pictures. Although I failed to meet with Bjorn at our recheduled time, Bjorn didn't hesitate to call me and we talked for almost an hour discussing several details. Within just a few days, Bjorn provided a detailed, a-la-Carte quote that met my needs perfectly. Bjorn is consistently courteous, professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. Bjorn constantly followed up in email, which I preferred. Although I didn't sign up with American Building Contractors, they were a very close second to a close, personal friend who will do the siding for me for less. If I didn't have this persona;l friend, I would definitely sign up with Bjorn's team

Re NEW Construction
In the Spring of 2014 our house was affected by a hail storm. Re New Construction came by and offered a free inspection for storm damage. After a complete inspection it was found that there was hail damage to our roof and siding. Re New Construction walked us through how to file a insurance claim and was there with us for every step of the process. Mike with Re NEW Construction met our insurance company for the adjuster appointment and helped make sure that everything that was damaged was accounted for and paid for to be replaced by our insurance company. Our roof and siding was paid for to be replaced. Re NEW Construction then met with us and helped us pick a great product to put on our roof and siding. Mike was extremely informative and professional through the entire process and the crews that were onsite doing the construction did a excellent job cleaning up after during & after the work was done leaving our yard and property looking better than it was before they came

The vinyl siding was replaced under a warranty claim to the siding manufacturer for fading. Because I was pleased with the original installation job in 2003, I had the same company do the replacement install for me. I took this opportunity to make a few extra siding adjustments (like raise up the siding in a few places to adjust for some landscaping work, and to change to a lighter color); and to change out a double door for a single door and a wall where one of the double doors used to be. (The door replacement was to make room for a future new room going into the walk-out basement, and I provided the new door.) Everyone I dealt with at this company was very accommodating with my extra changes, especially the Owner, Dan Bydlon, who was also very helpful with the siding manufacturer warranty process. I was very pleased with how they made the new wall, from the door replacement, blend in well with the rest of the house. I also liked how they kept me up to date on the estimated schedule, and when the dumpster & materials were to arrive, and leftovers picked up. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others

Repair King did a great job. My insurance company initially denied my claim. Mike came to my property found damage and submitted the photos to my insurance company. He walked me every step of the way insurance companies took a while to respond but Mike kept me updated throughout the whole process. He broke everything down for me and help me understand the insurance paperwork I will never go to another roofing company for my siding windows or roof repair. Kyne is very honest and upfront. They will try to cover everything through the insurance claim so you only come out of pocket for your deductible unless you upgrade, of course Thank you. !

My home sustained quite a bit of damage due to a hail storm. I wasn't sure of the extent of the damage, so I called New Exteriors by SMA for an inspection. At my request Steve Arrell (owner) met with my insurance adjustor to review the damage. Steve made sure I got the proper repairs/replacements I was entitled to under my homeowner's insurance policy. It turned out I need to replace my existing roof, vinyl siding, gutters and windows. Steve Arrell offers fair quotes: he's courteous, upfront, honest and very knowledgeable. He explained the differences in roofing materials, windows, gutters with leaf guard protectors and vinyl siding options. He addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I was comfortable working with him and felt very confident in choosing their company. They were fantastic from the beginning to the end. They're accessible and provide excellent customer service. The deck, driveway and surrounding areas were protected with tarps before starting the job. The crew was very nice, skilled, fast, hardworking and professional. Their craftsmanship is "Top Notch". They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I've had many complements on the new exterior of my home from my friends, family and neighbors. As a matter of fact, some of my neighbors are so impressed with their quality of work that they too hired them to repair their homes as well. My house looks beautiful! I'm extremely satisfied and would definatly use them again. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend New Exteriors by SMA to anyone looking for any type of home exterior work that needs to be done

We have had a great experience with CRI. We discovered the company when an employee was going door to door in the neighborhood advertising and since we wanted to get new siding we decided to talk to a sales person. Phil (our sales guy) was awesome to work with. He learned very quickly what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. A few weeks later the crew came out to do the work and they were very quick, neat, and professional. My partner happened to be leaving the house for work every day as they arrived and they would give him updates on how things were going and what they expected to do that day. The icing on the cake was that we bought new outdoor lights (elsewhere) as part of the project and they said they could have an electrician come out at no extra charge to install them for us! It was nice to be able to have the whole project completed without having to do any work ourselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we even talked to Phil again and are getting a new front door

Roof Time, Inc. was able to help me with my vinyl siding issue and insurance claim. The owner Mitch helped me through the warranty process on my vinyl siding. He was able to prove that I had mismatched/defective siding. The manufacture provided new replacement vinyl siding for the entire house and a $2600 check to offset some of the labor costs. On the insurance claim for hail damage, he was able to get the insurance company to revise the amount of repairs to reflect the fascia and window wrap areas that were not in the originally included by the adjuster. I also had them install some new gutters in some areas that were desperately needed. Mitch really went to bat for me with the siding manufacture and insurance company. I am happy with the work completed and I would highly recommend him to anyone for siding replacement
