Dave did a very professional job. Nice tight fit. Dave picked up my storm door after I had purchased it at Menard's. He is very busy so it took two weeks from the measuring of my door and estimate until the install. With the haul away of my old storm door the total price was $180.00. Well worth it. All Dave does is storm doors and the quality of install shows it

Dave is the storm door expert! He was very responsive in getting me scheduled. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. He explained the options and has in-depth knowledge of the types of doors available. He picked up my new door on the way over (special order from Menards). He even inspected my drafty back storm door (installed by someone else) and did a minor fix to improve the seal. He's also a very kind and friendly guy. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat

I purchased the storm door at Home Depot and Scott picked it up and installed it. He and and an assistant spent about 2.5 hours mounting and truing the door. Afterwards he cleaned up and placed the old storm door in the alley for trash miners to pick up. I'm satisfied with the work.

The day after the installation, I noticed a draft on one side of the door and a service person from Mon Ray did some adjustments and additional caulking to eliminate the problem. IT IS A HIGH QUALITY DOOR AND WAS INSTALLED VERY WELL. RANDY, THE OWNER, INSTRUCTED ME ON CARE AND USE AFTER HE WAS DONE. HE ALSO CLEANED UP WELL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM. HIS PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AS I COMPARED HIM TO OTHER COMPETITORS IN THE AREA. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A STORM DOOR, GO WITH DOORMARK. We're very happy with Kevin's work. It was great to have a single contact to handle all of our requests instead of having to hire individual contractors to do different things. He did the work over the course of a couple of months -- mostly because we had to wait for other contractors to install carpet, counters, etc. He showed up when he said he would (or called us ahead of time to reschedule), was very friendly, and was willing to be flexible when we added/removed things from the original scope of work. He was able to handle any task we threw at him. There is only one minor negative. Since he's a one man show, he can get booked up quickly, and because of that had to rebook us a few times due to his workload for other customers (or leave after only doing a few hours of work for us). This was a little annoying because we took vacation time from work to make sure we were home. We were told that most of his customers give him a key to the house so he can work without them, but we're just not that trusting... (although if there was any contractor that we would trust to enter our home, Kevin would be the one!). That said, he was also more than willing to do some of the work over weekends, so that more than makes up for it in my mind! We'll definitely call him again when another project comes up

Dave was really helpful throughout the whole process. We went through about 7 or 8 different model designs before settling on what we wanted. Dave never pressured us into a decision. He left it up to us, but with some very helpful suggestions to guide us to where we wanted to go with our design. The owner stopped by to see how our appointment was coming along. He shook our hands and thanked us for using their services. Dave stopped by our house to take initial measurements and the lead foreman, Tom, stopped a few days later to verify the measurements. We were not home the day of the installation, but when we arrived home, the doors were replaced and all construction debris was gone. The only minor issue was the time between placing the order and the installation. We were told it would be approximately 2-3 weeks and it ended up being 7 weeks. This was due, we were told, was due to the rainy spring and their installation schedule was behind. Not a big deal especially with the fantastic door that was installed and the professional installation. Great job!!! UPDATE (10/27/14): It has been two months since our door was installed and we love, love, love it! We have received several follow-up calls to ensure we are satisfied with our purchase. A neighbor had a new door installed several weeks after ours. They chose to go through a "big box" home improvement store and things did not turn out the way they had hoped. As Forrest Gump said, "Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what your gonna get." This applies to the, as I call it, "contractor roulette" that you have to play when ordering from these retailers. A very poor job was done and no solution has been rendered yet. No need to worry when dealing with Window Outfitters. Professionalism from top to bottom. You will pay more, but you can have peace of mind that the work will be done properly the first time and they will stand behind it if you feel something is not right. We have literally had neighbors stop their cars to look at the door and have heard nothing but raves from everyone
