Man, I wish we'd found Kris sooner! We'd actually gone through two other handymen trying to get the railing fixed. Kris not only fixed the railing (three months of three kids knocking into it, and it's still going strong) but repaired the damage that the previous repair had left behind. The new shower door was a tricky one, requiring some modifications and new holes drilled in porcelain. Again, Kris did a wonderful job. On top of that, he was polite AND funny - you don't often get that! When I said I wanted to do one part myself, he took the time to give me some pointers and lend me one of his tools. I would hire him again in a heartbeat

Jeff coming back to complete shower door and will be installing a new kitchen sink and faucet. I called and Johnny immediately answered. I explained the repair job and told him I could send him a video of the loose door. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. I sent the video and the next day he responded with an estimate and explanation of the repair and about how long it would take. I made an appointment. I received a text the day before confirming and he arrived promptly the day of the appointment. Johnny wanted to make sure I was at the appointment to meet me so he made a point of coming early before I went to work. When I got home the door looked great! I was very happy with Johnny’s work and would be happy to call him again for further work. Thank you Johnn

I left a message with Dennis and received a return call within the hour. Dennis's calm and thoughtful manner when I initially talked to him over the phone and when he came over put me at ease. I told him that I only had a small job for him but hoped that he would be willing to help since he lived nearby. He was ready to help. Dennis arrived the following morning. He removed the broken part and told me that I could save money if I just ran to the store to get this part myself. He also showed me how to refasten the casing myself. He gave me the knowledge I needed to get it done myself and said that he would not charge for the visit. I explained that a certain young man had caused the damage and asking the young man to pay someone to repair the damage was part of his plan for learning about responsibility. Dennis was willing to come back in the evening to repair the shower door and bathroom door casing and only charged us for part of the hour. Extra points for Dennis that the weather had turned bad this afternoon/evening and he was still willing to make the trek here for a small job

THEY HAD AGREED TO REPLACE A SHOWER DOOR, 7 DOORKNOBS AND HINGES, A DOUBLE FRONT DOOR KNOB AND HINGES, REPAIR A DOOR AND PLANE A DOOR. THEY CAME 3 HOURS EARLIER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, CAME INTO THE HOUSE WHEN I WASN''T HOME, AND APPARENTLY DID SOME WORK, WENT TO LUNCH, CAME BACK LATER AND APPARENTLY FINISHED WORK ON THE SHOWER DOOR AND REPLACED 5 DOOR KNOBS. THE CAULKING JOB ON THE SHOWER DOOR WAS TOTAL AMATEUR TIME...I SPENT AN HOUR CLEANING IT UP. THEY USED WHITE CAULK ON BLACK GROUTED TILE. THEY LEFT THE OLD SHOWER DOOR IN THE BATHROOM, NEVER REMOVED IT TO THE TRASH. I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED 2 GUYS IN ORDER TO GET ALL THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, YET THEY BARELY GOT THROUGH ANY OF THE TO-DO LIST. OWNER JASON HAS YET TO RETURN MY HUSBAND''S 4 SETS OF CALLS TO VOICE MAIL, CELL PHONE AND PAGER TO GET THIS SETTLED
