Northland did a great job, as far as quality Of material and job performed goes. I would probably recommend them again, however it did take over 2 months for the entire job to be completed. They may just be busy at this time, I’m not sure. I had my quote in early to mid April, it was June 15th when they got out to drive my posts down, they then informed me the rest of the project would be done by July 6th, to my surprise they showed up June 24th unannounced. It worked out because I was home and didn’t have any plans outside that day, but it would be nice to receive an email or phone call letting me know they were coming out. Other than the long timeline, the workers were very nice and professional and like I said before, quality of the black vinyl fence seems really nice

I like him 'cause he's very knowledgeable. He showed me all the different products that they have and how each of them work. He made sure that they would come out after the installation and help us train the dogs. He wasn't pushy and never kept calling me after I called him and said that I'll do the sprinklers first

After years and years of doing my own invisible fence ,threw my 3 acre heavily wooded yard - the deer wood seem to inevitably bust the wire or the transformer would go out about every 4-5 years ....I finally decided to splurge I talked to Dave and he assured me if I had these breaks with there system they would come out and find and take care of it but there should be way fewer because of the heavy insulated wire -and they have different collars for stubern dogs -and also a large shock range on the transformer panel -so you can get a very customized system for your needs so I cut down on the area I was covering because of cost and installation issues in the woods and we struck a deal - I have now had my system for 4 years and it's great ,the wire is still holding up well ,never had an issue with the transformer . I was a little concerned about battery collars but I only have to change it about every 5 months so $20.00 a year for that ,actually easier than rechargeable collars every 20 days Great System ,super nice people - My yard was large ,so my cost was a little high ,but worth every penny seeing how well it has held up

I contacted Hidden Fence through their website to inquire about having a fence intalled. Within an hour or 2 they had contacted me by phone, explained how their systems work and gave me with a quote over the phone. I was able to schedule the installation within a week. After our phone converstion, all the information was emailed to me for review and my records. We have an older, deaf dog, but they helped with the training and and came back on 2 seperate occasions to get the correction setting where it needed to be for our dog who likes to chase. Each time I called they either came out that same day or the next. I apprechiate their confidence and knowlege of their system, quick response times, and their follow up after the system was installed. We are extreamly happy with the fence system and knowing our pet is safe

He seemed to really know what he was talking about. He was able to get out here within a few days, was punctual and did an excellent job. We really haven’t had any interaction with him after he put the fence in so we can’t say anything about follow up because we haven’t called him. We would more and likely use him again in the future

From LuAnn who came out on the coldest day of the year to present the bid and who answered all my questions via e-mail to the beautiful custom built cedar gate to the guys who cut through the massive brush and hauled it and previous dog fence away and set the posts to the guys who surprised me by finishing the job while I was at work. My dog and I are very very happy

Easy to work with and very friendly. They did a great job. They came out first time to place the wire, put the slot in the bottom of the driveway, and hole to get into garage. They came back second time to bury the wire and were very understanding about me not being able to find my sprinkler heads since it was a new house. (And they didn't hit any!) A little too much telephone tag would be my only negative (hence B for responsiveness), but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys - they were great
