They gave me a flat rate estimate for the job and completed the work efficiently. They had to cut down some hardware to get it to fit our current setups and did so without complaint. They even offered to haul away the old lights and containers from the new lights at no extra charge

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE-ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT AN OUTDOOR LIGHT WASN'T WORKING AS I HAD REPLACED THE LIGHTBULB AFTER IT BURNED OUT. HE SHOWED ME THAT THE NEW LIGHT WAS BAD (UGH). I met with Denny, one of the brothers, for a estimate to a home we purchased. He was on time and very friendly. After a few weeks, I called Brother's electric and told them to come do the work. They were on time and they were very professional. They cleaned up any messes they made and were in and out in less than 4 hours. I installed a different light than they had put in for us and found that I needed a different type of screw. I went to their office and they were kind enough to supply me with the screw at no charge

Two guys showed up exactly when they said they would. Our original project was small; replacing a light fixture in our lower level with a recessed light. That took about 15 minutes. I asked them if they could replace an outdoor flood bulb for us too, about 30 feet off the ground. They said, "No problem," and checked the fixture to discover it was broken. They did not have a replacement in their truck, so my husband ran up to the hardware store for a new fixture. They installed it without a problem

With winter around the corner we wanted to ensure a properly operating garage door. Mark arrived promptly (even a little early, which was great as we needed to head off to work afterwards). He thoroughly checked out the 50 year old door. Advised us that the springs had been replaced at one time and were still in very good condition. The light would not come on when the door was opening (this was not due to a burned out bulb) - Mark fixed the light. The manual switch was very old and didn't always work - he replaced the switch. We wanted the code for the keypad changed so he handled that. Mark was very professional, personable, efficient and more than fair with his prices. Fabulous service - HIGHLY recommended!

He came prepared with a heavy-duty junction box (in case it was needed), heavy duty hooks and links to swag the fixture (that he had already painted to match), and scaffolding. The installations was done very well. Due to an outdoor irrigation sprinkler system, NEI had to dig trenches for wiring connections by hand. The light has worked problem-free for over a year, and my wife has contracted with NEI to install another outdoor light.
