Recent Review: Our Minnesota kitchen remodeling project started with a home visit from our designer Teresa. She immediately understood the desired changes we wished to make. Teresa helped us choose quartz counter tops, provided an outstanding choice for our coordinating Italian backsplash, gave advice & helped us choose the best sink material and double sink ratio, faucet selection, new cupboard handles & hinges to give the current cupboards a coordinating & updated look. Teresa suggested removing an existing wood panel over a bay window area behind the sink & removing some cabinet trim with minor repairs to the wall & ceiling surrounding there to update the kitchen and add more light. This included removing the existing light fixture and installing a canned light instead. That small change opened up that part of the kitchen & looks excellent. We had some difficulties choosing which appliances to buy due to the existing space in which to place the refrigerator. Teresa was instrumental in getting us lined up with Alana, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, from Ferguson to choose all of our appliances, the brand chosen to fit the spaces available. The delivery of all new appliances and the removal of the old appliances by Ferguson was great. Our project manager for our kitchen was Paul from K2. Paul did an outstanding job from start to finish. He had all of the materials needed for the job delivered well ahead of time. Paul organized & perfectly timed the work of the sub contractors - plumbing, electrical, demolition, counter top installers, backspalsh installation, ceiling & wall repairs & painting. We added a major change to the main lighting fixture(s) over the island at the last minute & Paul immediately took charge to make it happen. Paul was always available to cheerfully answer questions via phone call, text or email and was always open to minor changes along the way. Dustin was the sub contractor who did the hands-on work of the demolition, backsplash installation, cupboard trim removal where necessary, and ceiling and wall repair around wood trim which was removed. Dustin removed a very large & ugly structure which hung from the high, vaulted ceiling and contained fluorescent lighting. He rebuilt the structure to less than half of the original size (with sheet rock) in order to give us access to new pendant lighting (chosen by Kathleen from Ferguson). The new lighting outcome gave the kitchen a very updated look. All of Dustin's work was meticulous. Every day, Dustin vacuumed up cleaned the area thoroughly. The entire kitchen remodeling was completed ahead of schedule. Our experience with the K2 team exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend K2 for kitchen and bath remodeling.

Recent Review: Very well. They came out and discussed our wishes, walked us through possibilities, and were good at the design and the implementation of our new kitchen. They'd flag the times we thought we wanted something but hadn't thought through the ramifications well. It's an absolutely stunning kitchen fitted smartly in a small footprint of our little home. We have used Beissel over the years for windows and siding, but have recently been using them as much for interior remodeling. They have now remodeled not only ur kitchen but both bathrooms. Strongly recommend!

Recent Review: In 2015, I contacted TCHR and began working with Joe Nelson and his team. They listened to my wants and needs for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I worked with one of their designers to get the ideas made into plans for the project. The designer helped me pick all the hard finishes ie: flooring, cabinetry and countertops. The team kept me posted on timing of various steps throughout the entire process and the communication between the team working at my home and the office staff was excellent. The project started on time and was completed in the 6 weeks timeframe. There was a project manager assigned to my project and he was at my home every day to ensure everything was moving forward and decisions being made along the way. At the end of each day the site was clean-up and ready for the workers the next morning. Since my experience with TCHR was excellent in 2015, I called Joe again when I had hail damage claim in 2017. Due to it being late in the year for 2017 the work was completed in the summer of 2018 - once again Joe's team was awesome to work with and completed the work timely. I look forward to working with TCHR again in the future when I am ready to re-side my home and other outside work to be done.

Recent Review: We hired The Construction Group Inc. to replace our roof and gutters that were damaged by a hail storm that came through. (The company was referred to us by a friend) We met with the owner Scott who was a joy to work with. Scott spent a great deal of time inspecting our home and even met with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. The work was completed about 3 weeks later. His roofing team was very nice, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. The gutters were replaced a few days later. What a difference it made. Scott recommended a new kind of shingle in a color that I just love! Later in the year, we decided to make some upgrades to the inside of the house in preparation for a move. (Our kitchen and bathrooms still had that 70's look,) Scott came back out this time with his remodeler "Bill" who had some great ideas and was wonderful to work with. Bill and his workers remodeled both of our bathrooms and the kitchen. The work took about 6 weeks in all. They did a great job putting up plastic and keeping the house clean given what they had to do. We love the work they did and wonder why we waited so long to do it. I would certainly hire Scott and his team again.

Recent Review: It all went well. Dima, Victor's cabinet maker was outstanding. Extremely accomodating and his expertise was superior. His painter, tile man and electrician were great. We will hire them again!

Recent Review: Dan and his crew at Country Creek remodeled our bathroom about a year and a half ago, they did such an amazing job that we hired them again to remodel our kitchen. Dan is very fair with price, his bid came in the same place as the other bids we received. His crew is top notch! You feel comfortable with the guys he uses, and get to know them throughout the process. The places he uses for products are great. Remodeling a kitchen can be overwhelming, so he does a nice job giving you guidance with where to pick out your supplies from and who to work with. They know your budget and won't up sell you to other products. Dan is a straight shooter and will tell you like it is. I appreciate his openness and honesty and it makes it easy to do business with him. I HIGHLY recommend him! We won't be looking any further when we need more remodeling done!

It was a pleasure to work with all of them, they were polite, efficient, conscientious, and a joy to have in our house. The work they did was meticulous and they are always concerned that their work is meeting our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Recent Review: We decided to remodel our outdated kitchen finally.. After countless interviews with contractors, we finally found one that took the time to listen to what we wanted to do. Team Dercon was amazing from day one. Conner spent many hours listening to us and helping to bring our ideas to life. His creativity showed us what we have been envisioning. The schedule was laid out for us so we knew everyday who and what was going on in our home. In today's crazy world they were able to stay completely on time thu the entire project. The attention to detail was outstanding to say the least. The respect the team had in coming to our home was second to none. The communication on a daily basis from all involved made us feel very comfortable for the 6 weeks to start and complete our project. We highly recommend Dercon Construction, and will use them again

Recent Review: We had Roger and his team upgrade out 1960's kitchen. Our goal was to open up the wall between the kitchen dining room, and make the layout different from what we had . While we could not get it fully open due to HVAC in the wall, Roger got us as much as he could which we appreciate. His cabinet maker came in and gave us some really nice ideas on how to lay out our cabinets, sinks and appliances. We really like the rolling island he recommended. All the workers were very nice, answering all my questions. Roger was always answering my texts/phone calls we had plenty of questions (have never done a major remodel like this before). Their wiliness to help us with our questions, made their team great to work with.
