I initiated contact via e-mail and I received a phone call in response to my e-mail very promptly. I thought Redstone's work was of high quality based upon customer reviews and their website but I was a bit concerned that our project was too small budget wise. I discussed my project with the Redstone employee who contacted me, my budget and my concern that our project was too small for the type of work Redstone does. The employee I spoke with was very professional and gracious and helpful. They did not say they were not interested but said that I was on the lower end of what they work on and they suggested a different type of provider that might be more fitting for my needs. They didn't just end the conversation there though. They made themselves available to me to ask them any further questions I might have as well as ask them questions about the provider I was going to hire. Just in this initial conversation I felt like a valued customer even though I was not yet a customer and likely wasn't going to be a customer. They treated me with a lot of respect and wanted me to ultimately be happy. I never followed up with them with any questions as I found a wonderful contractor that I am currently working with. However, on the basis of this phone call I would have no hesitation recommending Redstone. If there work product equals there customer service anyone who hires them will be very happy

Bob managed the project from beginning to end and made sure all details went as planned. He was a referral from a friend and arranged quickly to come take a look at our job. We had a general idea what we were looking for, but he was extremely helpful in partnering with us and a designer to draw up plans. He had an excellent sense of what would work and is creative at problem solving. The work got done in a quality way, on time, and he was prompt and organized in his communication. I know that we paid a premium for this job, but the high level of customer service, quality, and professionalism made it worth it. Bob was actually affiliated with a different remodeler when he took on our job, but he has since gone out on his own as Custom Woodcraft Etc. and works with the same crew. As a follow up project, he and his team just finished a custom made wood fence around our back yard

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE; ONLY A FEW GLITCHES, BUT ALL WERE TAKEN CARE OF TO OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION; NOT THE BEST AT COMMITTING TO AN ACTUAL BAR-CHART TYPE OF SCHEDULE, BUT ONCE THE JOB COMMENCED (WHICH WAS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME PLEKKENPOL HAD INDICATED THEY HOPED TO START), THE JOB WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY, WORKMANLIKE MANNER. WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS. PLEKKENPOL INDICATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT USE A DUMPSTER WHICH CONCERNED US, BUT DEBRIS WAS REMOVED VIRTUALLY EVERY DAY. I WOULD USE PLEKKENPOL AGAIN

Our home did not have a separate family and living room. We just had one room which was being used as a family and living room. We did have good space in back yard for a reasonable deck and a good size room. We called quite a few people to give us quotes. They turned out to be beyond our reach. On our friend's recommendation we called Vern Mathis to give us a quote. Vern visited and it turned a corner for us. He took lots of efforts to understand exactly what we were expecting, He surveyed the lot very carefully. Took detailed measurements of everything. In a few days he came up with a detailed drawing of how he saw the finished project would look, what difficulties were there and how he could get around with those and cost wise what options we had. He managed to bring it within our reach and soon started the project. We observed that Vern is very hard working, very methodical, excellent project manager, punctual and had all the skills needed for the job. He showed up every single day for work at right time. Throughout the project he kept the whole area very clean. We did not have any inconvenience due to the construction. Finished the project on time and it turned out to be the best investment we ever made. Every one who sees the room and deck for the first time, does ask - who did the job? Many people have asked me Vern's contact number, and I am happy to provide them

Kurt and Chris did a super job. When I called Kurt the first time, his message suggested texting him our info. which I did. He responded within a couple of hours and set up appointment the next day at which he arrived promptly. Newday bid was higher than but another but we appreciated the fact that as owner, he did all the work with his partner Chris. The estimating process was exceedingly thorough. Excellent communicators both. We had planned to go on vacation while the painting was going on (3 weeks) and noted that other reviewers had trusted Newday without issues. This was a big plus. I think we had at least three meetings over a week to draft a comprehensive and detailed scope of work contract and color / finish selection. Kurt kept us apprised of the progress by text and phone. When we arrived home, the job was complete and beautifully done. The house was clean. Drop cloths covered the furniture to protect from dust. A difficult ceiling repair was done so well it was impossible to see any sign of the previous water damage. There were two issues. 1) My wife was unhappy with her color selection in hall and stairway. 2) The paint in the man cave proved defective. The day after we got home (labor Day) Kurt called to see how we liked the job. We explained the issues and made an appointment with them for the next day. After discussion, we elected to have them repaint the hall and stairway in a different color at our expense. Newday agreed to re-prep and then repaint the basement using a different paint at no charge. We expected that this would be done over the next week or two but they insisted on starting the next day. By the end of the week, both issues were corrected. The charge for repainting the stairway and hall was minimal. We are very satisfied customers. We will use Newday again and highly recommend them to others

Home For A Change
Sue was really amazing. She came to our home on a Saturday morning and helped us think through color and design for our entire main level, two upstairs bathrooms and our master bedroom. Sue has that professional designer eye that we all crave and by the time our meeting was through, we had a book full of color schemes and ideas for each remodeled room. Sue was so careful and thoughtful. We met Sue a week later at two furniture stores. With Sue's guidance, we had all of the furniture for our family room, kitchen and dining room selected in one day. We are so thrilled with our selections and it would have taken us months if we were on our own. We couldn't be more satisfied

South Face did an excellent job for us. Our project was completed on schedule, on budget, and without any significant hitch. Alex is extremely attentive, responsive, and focused on customer service, much more so than I ever expected. In addition to the scheduled weekly progress meetings, he was readily available throughout the project to address any questions or concerns. His workers were courteous and pleasant. The quality of the work was excellent. Alex was very open to our desire to perform some of the work ourselves (painting, installation of flooring). This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. I also think the price was reasonable. Thanks go out to both Cory's for all of their hard work. Another expert job by TCH

I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues

Resanding of the floors wne very well. But the communication on what it would take for the window was alway slow and details were not provided. Cost kept creeping up after project started. Also found out later that we should have received a rebate on the new windows but contractor must have kept. My biggest issue was the lack of detail a in the estimate and communication in setting up appointments. Project went on way too long

We were subject to storm damage last fall and had several companies trying to pressure us into using them. I called Bald Eagle Construction on the recommendation of a friend. Ryan was quick to respond and provide and estimate. Ryan's crew showed up at 6:30 in the morning as schedules to begin the tear off and re-installation of shingles on our home. These men were quick and efficient. Our project was completed before noon that same day, complete with a thorough clean up of our property. The work was inspected and signed off the next week. I would HIGHLY recommend Bald Eagle Construction to family and friends. On a side note, another contractor took several day to complete our neighbors roof

We contacted Pavel and he provided us with a quote at our first meeting. I called two of his references, which checked out well. We called Pavel back for a detailed plan and review all the costs one more time. Pavel said that he could have the work done in 5-6 weeks, which was half the time from the other contractors. We found Pavel easy to work with and his crew the same. They were attentive to our questions and modifications as we progressed through the building process. Pavel uses a couple of subcontractors for plumbing and electrical. These firms were efficient and cordial. Overall we are very satisfied with the workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail provided by On Time Contractors. The project was done in the time frame stated and at the price quoted
