They came when they said and they did the work. They were smart enough to know that I had two circuits that needed to be replaced and they repaired circuits. They charged me for one package deal of split fair. There was one worker and he was fine. He even put in an extra light bulb for me.

Scott spent a good deal of time looking at our various problems, giving us a good education about options, and actually taking an outlet out of the wall in the room that had been struck by lightning - he showed us how things had melted inside and that we were lucky there hadn't been a fire. He gave us a good estimate and even was willing to divide it into smaller projects for us to help make it more affordable. His pricing was good, we just weren't able to have the work done yet. We will definitely be calling him to do the work when we are ready to move forward with it. He was very pleasant and we look forward to working with him. Worst security company in the Midwest. After being awaken by the police at 1:30 am, no alarm going off in tje house I spoke with the President of the firm Jerry Becher to explain there was an issue with our alarm system. I was basically told there was nothing wrong, could have been a lightning strike and they refused to service their equipment without charging me a service fee and an hourly rate. We have been clients for less than a year. Here was the email I received today. Folks if you value the safety of your family do not use this firm. Did you have a specific date you wanted to cancel service? If not please accept this as 30 days notice that I will be terminating your service per the requirements of our monitoring agreement. Your equipment will be set to the default settings for any new vendors to use. Your account balances will either be pro-rated or refunded depending on where you are in your billing cycle

Wow! These guys were great. The crew of three showed up an hour after I called them even with all the other storm damage in the area and told me that it would cost on the low end of the quote they gave me on the phone. They also told me that they would get the branch out of the live power line for me and would get the line hooked back up (Xcel showed up a few minutes and did this for them) but they offered which was great. They worked very quickly to get the new mast installed and hooked up for me in no time. The team worked great and had everything ready for Xcel to hook back up in under an hour. They also let me use the Angie's List coupon even though it was an emergency call because my insurance company was not going to cover the damages. I will be using these guys again

Bob promptly assessed the job and gave a quote of up to $4000. This was an unusual job in that it involved a lot of clean up and eliminaton of special wiring for an extensive outdoor Christmas display that was not longer being done, and the originator was not available to answer questions. It was a rather pesky job that some larger contractors would not be interested in doing. The two workers spent over two full days removing outlets, rewiring, installing cover plates, etc. The workers were friendly and accommodating but at times did not seem totally confident in how to proceed. After completing the work, I found some outlets that had not been covered, and I had some questions about some of the switches for yard lights. They sent one of the workers back out to correct the issues and walk through the switches with me again. Overall, I found them very good to work with
