We bought a house with cement slab floors and wanted hardwood floors installed. Three other companies came out and told us it could not be done. They all recommended manufactured hardwood which I had before and hated. However other experts in the field who were not in our area said it could be done but it would take time and skill. Then Jeff showed up. He went way out of his way to get what we wanted not what he was pushing. In addition there were little changes along the way and he responded like the pro he is never getting flustered. So it has been a year....Before he left he told us how to maintain the new floors and they still look new and awesome even with a swimming out our backdoor and kids and grandkids tracking wet feet inside the floors, real Maple, still are fantastic. We were remodeling our home and had finally gotten to the point that we were ready for our flooring to be installed. We had been working with a flooring guy we knew and when it came time to install, things sort of fell through. We had purchased all of our flooring and needed it installed before our appliances arrived. Through a referral we were put in contact with Gary from G & M Flooring. I talked to Gary on a Friday and he said that they could be out on Monday. Mike and Dustin were out on Monday and installed our hardwood floor over the next few days. Gary picked up our carpet from the store we purchased it from and it was installed on Thursday. Everything was completely installed when our appliances arrived on Saturday. We could not be happier with the service we received. Mike and Dustin did a great job at installing the flooring. They were very meticulous with the install and I don't see anything that we can complain about. Gary followed up everyday with a phone call to be sure we were happy with how it was all going. Gary and Mike also helped us with returning some of the product we did not need. Our only regret is that we didn't find these guys sooner. They could have saved us some money on the flooring product as well. We will be replacing more flooring in the future and will definitely call Gary and Mike first

John tore off and removed all materials and prepped the floor for the installation. He picked up all materials and installed the floor. He took great care in "feathering in" the new wood so that it is not at all apparent where the old wood stops and the new wood starts. He did three more trips for sanding and polishing. The floor is beautiful. John is very knowledgeable and efficient. He shows up right on time and works without stopping. He prides himself on a job well done

We wanted to take all of the vinyl and carpet out of the first level. We called them and we called another place. We went with them because one of the owners, it is a family business, totally took the time for us. He brought samples. He waited for my husband to come home which was over an hour. The other place was really good, but it was a sales person that we talked to. She was really good with the design piece but I don't know that she would help with it. I felt like he really knew, this was his thing, this is what they do. We just had a really good feeling and we went with them and we had a really good experience. It was a lot of money but it was a lot of work. We went with an exotic tiger wood and they finished it onsite so we didn't do the prefinish. These were things that Phil really took the time to explain to us. Price wise it was really in line with the others. Prefinish is what they get from the factory, it's already wood that has all of that coating in it. It comes with a bevel on it. Verses if they finish it onsite then they can get the wood really square so they don't get all of those cracks. They were so good about those details and just making sure we loved it every step of the way. We were pretty much living here, we were only gone for a couple of days so they had to work around us too. Everyone was so accommodating and they did a really good job about cleaning. There was no pressure on anything at all about anything. They came in on a Sunday to finish. They really did above and beyond

He was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. What else can you ask for? He even replaced a couple of previously-damaged boards that blended seamlessly with the rest of the floor. We wanted to do some updating in our 22-year-old home. The first project was to change our natural maple floors to a darker stain. I was very nervous about the color of the stain and the outcome. Both Wade and Ryan were helpful and patient with the entire project. It is clear that they don't take shortcuts and take pride in their work. We have made many changes and upgrades since the floors were completed, but our favorite part continues to be the hardwood floors. In my mind, they are a work of art! They are beautiful! We hired Timberwolf in 2017 when we renovated the main level of our home. We had added a sunroom and wanted to add hardwood flooring to that addition plus some previously carpeted areas. Lance & Craig seamlessly tied in the new flooring to the existing & updated the stain color. The result was beautiful! In early 2020, the water line to our refrigerator burst and some of our floors were damaged. After the restoration company tore up some of the flooring and dried everything out there was no question in our minds that we would call Timberwolf. They just completed the work and you would never know the floors had been damaged. We highly recommend them
