Setting up appointments for service is easy and we are informed the day before service when the technician will arrive. The technician carefully covers the area near the fireplace, explains what will be done and how long it will take. After the work is completed, the technician makes sure the area is clean. The technician also does a visual survey of the chimney outdoors and points out anything that could be a future issue

Everything went great. The first time they came out they informed me that the glass on the fireplace had a crack which I wasn't even aware of. I needed to order new glass and then they could come back to do the cleaning. That was great customer service due to the danger this could be. The next time they came out (2 years later) they did another great job of inspection and cleaning. They are always friendly and professional

Ben showed up on time as scheduled, and was very helpful and friendly. He was here to clean our wood burning fireplace, but I asked him if he could take a look at our gas fireplace (used to be wood) too because we just bought this house and didn't know about the chimneys current condition. He inspected our gas fireplace and cleaned and inspected the wood fireplace. Ben showed me how the 2 different style damper doors work in both the chimneys. He mentioned that I should get chimney caps to prevent leaves and such from coming in through the chimney. I told him I had bought them already and just hadn't put them on yet. He offered to do it for me! Unfortunately I had bought the wrong size and needed to return them, but I appreciated his offer! Very please with my experience and will call Twin Cities Furnace for all my future fireplace needs

I inherited multiple issues after moving into my house two years ago. Two large concrete sections of my driveway (adjacent to the garage) had sunk about an inch. This was causing issues with snowplowing in the winter and created a nice lip between the concrete and my garage floor, which was now cracking. The other major issue was I had a basement underneath my garage and was getting water leakage from that same area. Scott assessed the problem correctly, was able to replace the concrete sections, which fixed everything in my driveway and garage AND stopped the water leakage below! He did an amazing job and it's clear his 30 years of experience played a role in resolving these issues

An A he was fine. They were a little pricey. As I recall they were pricey. Actually I would not use them again. Their last visit was fine but I actually had a horrible experience with the plumber before him. I refused to let that guy back in my house. As long as I have a different plumber I use them but it was just an absolutely horrible experience with them. So I actually stopped working with them. I liked the guy who came out and did the faucet but I will not use them again

Everything went well. Steve and his crew worked neatly and efficiently. He gave us cost saving options at our estimate appointment but was willing to do what we wanted. The project was scheduled and completed quickly. The only surprises we encountered were that the previous owners did not have flashing installed when they'd put in the previous deck and there were rotted boards along the side of the house that were allowing mice and moisture to get in. He went right ahead and replaced the ruined insulation and rotten boards, then installed flashing so that this won't recur. The deck looks great and I couldn't be more pleased

QUOTES ON TWO ALTERNATIVES WERE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY AND DAN'S PRICE WAS LESS THAN THE COMPETITIVE QUOTES WE HAD RECEIVED SO WE MOVED FORWARD WITH THE PROJECT. SOME DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING THE INSTALLATION PREVENTED THIS FROM BEING A ONE DAY JOB AS ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. DAN CAME BACK PROMPTLY TO FINISH THE JOB AND THE SYSTEM WORKS GREAT. They figured out the flue had spiderwebs in it, which was enough to block the vent. They also discovered that the flue liner had not originally been installed all the way up the chimney, so they lined it and put a new chimney cap on it. The process went very well. They got it done in a timely manner and it works great now

And we had never replaced the rocks. They did make sure the fireplace was operating correctly. They were efficient, professional and friendly. We would probably clean it ourselves but would use them for operational problems in the future

This company originally installed my gas fireplace, and I have been very happy with it. It needed to be serviced, so I contacted them to schedule. At the time of scheduling, they were able to tell me the name of the person who would be doing the service, approximately how long it would take, and how much it would cost. Nick arrived right on time, and he did a great job! He was very careful while working-he kept everything contained on a tarp, and he cleaned up carefully when he was finished. He answered all of my questions as he worked. This fireplace gets lots of use, and it looks brand new again. I am very pleased
