Trustworthy Glass came to measure the glass opening, advised me on the type of glass to use, and sent me a bid, which I accepted. I paid 1/2 down, with the remainder due upon installation. The installer was prompt, friendly, and did a beautiful job on the replacement. The new glass is so clear--a nice change from the foggy pane it replaced

Overall, I was very pleased with the job Classic Furniture performed. They picked up the doors, refinished them, and dropped them off by the time we agreed on. The doors looked very nice when we received them. There was a slight misunderstanding when they first came to pick up the doors and I didn't hear them at the door. I had assumed they would call my cell phone at that point but they left instead. I called back and rescheduled the pickup so it was not a big deal

We had an excellent experience with Renewal by Anderson. We needed to replace our French Doors going to our deck. The sales person was very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Delivery was expected in 6-8 weeks. We received a call in 4 weeks that it was ready for installation. The installer came at 9 am, set up all his equipment, worked efficiently, keep everything cleaned up as he worked, was ready for the inspector at 1:30. Everything passed inspection. All the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors were installed. Not one bit of dirt, debri, sawdust, etc was left over and the installer left at 2:00. It is a good quality door that works like a charm and looks wonderful. We will be replacing our windows with Renewal, but probably one at a time since they are costly - but worth it

We needed interior french doors installed in a large opening between our living room and kitchen. After wasting months getting estimates from handymen and contractors who all eventually either said they could not do the job or provided absurdly expensive estimates (or even just did not provide an estimate), we found Bruce who immediately understood what we wanted and was confident he could do it. He very sincerely went through the process of ordering the materials needed and kept us updated regularly. Unfortunately the doors delivered were too narrow for the rough opening and we had to bring in another craftsman to modify the doors. At this point Bruce felt that the job would be done better if there was just one party involved and he advised us to go with the other person. We thought this was rather professional of him (and he even declined to accept any payment for the time and effort he'd spent evaluating our needs and ordering the materials--we did insist he accept a token sum). We are sure he would have done an excellent job and would have no hesitation calling on him in the future
