Setting up the appointments, the follow through with reminders, to a visit from the salesperson, Jessie, to see the end product. Very thorough, friendly and professional. The installer, Mike D. was fantastic, he walked us thru the complete process, was meticulous with his work and was very accommodating, which was much appreciated because this was our only bathroom. The piece of rubber came from the work of a previous plumber who was hired to fix a pipe leak in the bathroom. The plumber was friendly, punctual, efficient, and professional. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS POLITE, AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN THE PROMISED TIME. I AM REMODELING MY WHOLE BATHROOM, AND AFTER THIS WORK WAS FINISHED, FOUND I SHOULD HAVE DONE SOME OTHER THINGS FIRST. We absolutely love our new bathroom! Val was incredibly responsive throughout the bid and construction processes. He and his colleague completed the project in four days and the quality is exceptional. We really appreciated that he asked for input and approval on each phase of the project, including small details, such as the tint of the grout. He was also quick to answer our questions throughout the process. We made some changes to the original plan and he was very responsive and gave us an estimated cost for each change. The final cost was exactly what we expected based on our original bid and the additional requests we made. For the project, we purchased the tile, toilet, vanity, and paint and Val purchased the bathtub. During the project, Val repaired our damaged sub-floor, but he believed that the floorboards underneath were weak, so he suggested that we install a steel bathtub instead of the acrylic tub we originally planned. We appreciated his recommendation and his thorough explanation about why he was making this suggestion. Val also picked up all of the tile we purchased and some additional pieces that we hadn't accounted for in our original purchase (e.g., additional bullnose tile and tile for the baseboards). We would absolutely recommend Val and we are excited to work with him again in the future

I had this work done a while ago. I sometimes think you should wait a while before reviewing someone to see how the work holds out. I couldn't have been more pleased with this contractor's work. He arrived promptly and didn't push to upsell. He worked quietly and quickly. I am so very happy with the way my tub looks. My only suggestion would be to consider options to prevent the tub bottom from being slippery if you use it for a shower

Excellent repair! The tub looked brand new! The hole in the side of my tub was not only covered it was meshed and the wall was reinforced. Matt was polite and explained the various steps involved in the restoration. Plus he was done within three hours.

Bath sink went well. The problem with the kitchen sink turned out to be the rubber guard around the opening of the disposal & drain. After the guy told me it was done I tested it and found no improvement at all. At that point he insisted that I test it without the guard - and ONLY THEN did he tell me that it's a common problem. Could have saved me $$ if he'd checked that first

One Hour Rooter was out to the house in no time. The staff was very professional and they knew exactly what to do to solve the water issue. One Hour Rooter even knew what company to call to clean up all the materials that were water damaged. One Hour Rooter guaranteed their work. That work out really well for us when we had a second water problem. The second episode wasn't as bad as the first. One Hour Rooter was out here and made sure the main drain wasn't blocked again

I have had my tub refinished in the past and it needed to be done again. I called a few companies to get pricing and Urban Bath Co. was the most responsive. Cody was very easy to work with and you could tell that he cared about the quality of his work. Cody was also honest in his work, I agreed to pay to have some additional work done. When he began to work he discovered that the extra work was not necessary and let me know that he would not be charging me for the extra work. As with any job like this there is a little bit of dust, Cody cleaned up the area very well when he was finished, I could not even tell he was here (other than my new looking tub). :) I am very happy that I chose Urban Bath Co. and will use them again in the future
