Very nice guys (Al, Joe, Nate, the crew) but we're very bummed with the final product from ForeverLawn. We missed on schedule and dimensions. Artificial turf is very expensive, so make sure ever detail is ironed out before money is put down. It's painful to spend so much money and be dissapointed.

From start to finish, Green Grass was there every step of the way. The system was just as designed that was given to me with the estimate, They were very considerate to the turf and landscaped areas as not to damage them. Once the system was installed they walked me through how to operate the system and programming the comtroller. They made sure that all of the turf was replaced as best as they could from the machine when they put the pipe in the ground. I was very happy that they let me choose where to place the valve boxes in the yard and where I wanted the controller. overall I was very pleased with the entire experiance and would recommend to anyone

DOWS LAWN AND SNOW
I was so impressed with Dows Lawn & Snow, last April, with all the thawing & snowing they gouged a little patch of turf up on the boulevard. Before I could even decide whether or not to bother them about it I came home & the spot had been raked up & grass seed put down. Then just today, I was calling because the city had come out plowing & the end of the drive was filled with plow clumps & they told me their crews were out already clearing them just to be good to their customers. ( Normally I think they will come out if you call & charge you a few dollars) There is nothing not to like about these guy

Jeff's team cut our grass and trimmed this past summer, he is prompt and responsive to any concerns. Jeff is honest and reliable. His prices are competitive and he does quality work. We had him remove a large patch of goutweed which had begun to get weedy- he eliminated the weeds, leveled the land, and laid down a great quality sod at a very reasonable price. We have a willow birch tree that tends to hold on to its leaves, so Jeff is holding off on the fall cleanup until they drop. We highly recommend Jeff @ Turf Dawgs. We have signed up for snow removal this winter and have no qualms that he will do a great job on that also

It looks beautious! Well, it will, when the grass has grown back ! Three guys removed the wall, dug out the sod , smoothed out the area and filled in with dirt and grass seed. It looks much better!

Jeff is wonderful! And so is the administrative team. Very helpful. Removed large maple (with neighbors) that was doing damage and trimmed trees around garage that were doing damage. Also took time out to talk about other things in my yard. It was a bit pricey but the service was well worth it. I'm having him come back again to look at the current trees and shrubs and grass

It's just a guy and he's got a couple guys working for him and they're consistent. With the company themselves we just got them this year. My husband is disabled so he isn't able to do a lot of stuff himself. So we sold our lawn tractor and hired these guys. They're wonderful, you know, they are just what we were looking for

Jeff and his crew were always punctual and extremely professional. They cleaned up after each day and were very courteous. The work they performed was exceptional and has been filmed for an episode of HGTV (Home and Garden Television). Jeff's attention to detail in laying the brickwork was meticulous. In addition, we planted over 75 plants, trees and shrubs, all of which were handled with care and done with great pride. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone undertaking a landscaping project

Mr. DeGracia, owner of The Original Grass Kings, came for a consultation about what I wanted done and how much it would cost. We determined that it would take a couple days to complete and set up the dates. They arrived promptly the first day.They arrived with all the necessary equipment needed to completely redo my yard and flower beds. They worked very hard and only stopped to ask clarifying questions about areas that we may not have discussed. He wanted to make sure that everything was done according to my wants and specifications. After working all day in the front yard, he asked if I wanted the flowers I bought planted that first day. They had been working all day and it would take another day to complete the back yard. But, he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable leaving the planting for another couple days. Of course, it would be fine. However, he decided to work several more hours to make sure everything got planted. I was thrilled because unseasonably warm weather was predicted and the flowers were much happier in the ground. Everything was raked and cleaned off of the grass in front of the flowers and bushes. Everything was meticulously cleaned up. It took an additional day to do the back yard. That was done just as thoroughly and caringly. I live in an area of West Bloomington that has sidewalks in front of my house. There are a lot of people who walk and run by my house. I have received endless compliments from people amazed that it is only May and everything has been done, beautifully, and almost overnight. I have had people thank me for the beautiful view that they get to enjoy as they walk by. I tell them, "You can Thank The Original Grass Kings.

Neil was referred to me by a friend and I originally had Neil do some work at my brother's house (where he did a terrific job!). Neil worked with me in choosing plants that I liked and that are in keeping with my desire for low maintenance. He provided a very detailed estimate that allowed me to do much of the work last summer and leave some of it for completion this year. I love all of the plants he chose and the harmonious design! The work was impeccable and completed on schedule. I'm happy every time I look at my beautiful new landscaping. I'm going to have him replace a brick walkway this year - can't wait. Several members of my family have used him recently and are very pleased! Great work

The process of laying the turf involves several steps. They had to remove the natural turf, lay crushed rock, lay synthetic turf and then complete a couple more finishing steps. This also included moving and replacing decorative rocks and spreading river stone. Jerry, the owner, and one assistant completed the job in 2 days. It was raining a lot at the time and he was trying to sandwich our job among larger jobs that didn't have as much flexibility as our small one. The time from initial contact was about 1 week. The result is gorgeous. We've had many positive comments from friends and neighbors. And our dog never missed a beat, used it right away. No more dog damage, weeding, mowing, etc. It's gorgeous.
