Next morning the sales rep came out explained everything and schedule the appointment for the next day for the team to come out and install the new furnace. Very professional, on time, Standard Heating is a well run machine. We will be seeing them again in the spring, sadly our air conditioner is next to fail due to old age

I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical for furnace repair and furnace maintenance. My furnace would not turn on, so I tried to find furnace repair near me. Although they were not close, I was surprised how quickly the repairman arrived and the price was very reasonable. What amazed me the most is how quickly he diagnosed the problem. The furnace code said the problem was one thing, but the repairman quickly realized that the code was incorrect and the real faulty part was the part that diagnosed the problem. Most repairmen would logically replace the part the furnace says is faulty, but he correctly replaced the right part and it works perfectly

Talked through two solutions. Repair the copper pipe by draining the line and putting in a new line or adding a solution to the line that would seal the leak from the inside. The ladder solution was more economical and seems to have fixed the problem.

Eric was incredibly responsive and even though he was booked solid 2 weeks out understood the unusual circumstances of our situation and agreed to perform the work we needed within our (very limited) time frame and came out on a Sunday morning(!) Not only did he and his crew complete the work originally discussed, but agreed to complete an additional repair at our request. Their work was excellent; thorough and professional in every aspect (not to mention courteous) and the bill was all within the original estimate. We cannot say enough good things about Eric and his crew who went above and beyond to help us out in a real time of need. They gave us our home back and are incredibly good people, to say the least

Fantastic all around. My car was such a sorry mess and was in the cusp of needing to be totaled due to engine area damage especially. Everyone there in Richfield was top notch in customer care: Sheila, intake at the front desk; Greg the lead estimator; Mike who updated me w/details twice a week over the three week period; and Venisha who worked with me when I picked up my car, were welcoming, pleasant, compassionate, and absolutely consummate professionals. Especial shout out to Greg, who worked with all the staff there to look for my key ring I thought was there; he was so helpful....and it turned out my ring was in a purse at home that I hadn’t at all remembered putting there. Additional point on that is that throughout my entire process, each Lamettry person seemed to really understand—through their professional & kind demeanor—the traumatic car crash experience that their customers like me have just experienced. And then I find out today the Lamettry Values and Community Service that’s expressed on their website. They really do walk their talk. Highest Kudos to every person there. And my car? I had two guys come out to look at the washer and dryer. There was a charge for them to come out and then they ordered a part and came back and installed it without charging for a second service call. They also cleaned the air ducts in a separate trip. Recently, our GE dryer started making noises, a year after they repaired it. I sent an email asking about it and was told that this usually was an indicator of a part wearing out, possibly the drum Rather than spend more money on a dryer that already has been repaired, I purchased another one but was grateful for an honest reply that perhaps the fix would be expensive if I threw more money at the dryer. Yes, I will use these people in the future. I liked that they did not charge for a second service call. I liked that they were very thorough and respectful. I liked that both repairs were made and have not been a problem since the repairs. They just plain seemed honest. Charges are estimates. I don't really remember because it was more than a year ago that I had them out

West Metro Appliance did a great job repairing our dryer. We were pleased by how responsive they were -- they said they couldn't repair it the SAME day we called, but could come first thing the next day! (We are used to repair people saying they could maybe work us in next week.) The price for repair was very reasonable, and they were prompt and professional. If we ever need another appliance repaired, we'll hire them again for sure.
