This guys are real professionals. They came to my house to inspect the foundation for areas in which mice might be entering the home. Then, because it was close to the holidays, they advised as to when it might be a good idea to perform the work to seal the house, after my house guests had departed. They arrived promptly the day of the appointment and worked diligently patching entry points around my house. They then worked with me to set traps inside of my house in key spots. They weren't like other services I've used where they just randomly toss poison packets behind appliances and into the dropped ceiling. These guys really targeted the cause of the problem. Larry is amazing to work with and is extremely effective! He is punctual, professional, and explains everything he is doing to help educate you on the issues/resolutions. He asked pertinent questions and then walked the entire perimeter of our house to plug any potential areas where the mice were getting in. We used Metro Pest last year after living with a mouse issue since we moved in, in the summer of 2018. The previous owner used a different company that clearly had not solved anything. We finally had enough and found Metro Pest. AJ came out and was punctual, professional, efficient, and identified the entry points where the mice were getting in. He was very thorough in checking the exterior of our home. He was able to plug the entry points up and left a few bait stations. We were mouse free after that for about a year and suddenly found another mouse inside. We contacted Metro Pest again right away and AJ was able to come out within a few days of contacting them and did identify new entry points, plug them up, and help put us at ease. AJ also provided us with education on the type of siding we have and where and how the mice have created entry points. With this education we will be able to check our exterior periodically and hopefully maintain a mouse free home. Metro Pest and AJ have gone above and beyond both times we called and are so thankful for their great service! We would recommend them to anyone

Owner, Miguel/ aka "Mike" seemed anxious to get my business, and even offered me a special price with promise to guarantee his work and returns for 90 days. I called this company, M & M Pest Control, because a search brought it up as the closest pest control company to my home, figuring this would work to my advantage of getting good and timely service. As it would turn out, this company was the worst choice I could have made! After the first visit to the house (where payment was made), there was a follow-up about 4 days later to check traps and then again approximately a week later. These follow-ups occurred at the convenience of M & M Pest Control -- clearly, I was not the priority once the payment had been made. Repeated telephone reminders had to be made of scheduled times missed and need for the stated followup. Rather than apologies I was treated as an annoyance and given excuses as to how he was busy. The work done at my house was straight forward, as I hired this service before we had actually moved in. With the home essentially empty, it was easy to check and deal with the problem; and M & M was allowed to work me into what would be convenient for them. I made it clear that my agenda was to get the house move-in ready, for our household goods that were being delivered. I wanted the house and garage to be rodent free, as we were to receive a large shipment from our overseas move. When I became concerned that the problem wasn't eradicated, on or about 20 August, after receiving our household goods, M & M WAS NO help. "Mike" blew me off on my requests for service, telling me how he had more pressing jobs. I begged for him to please work us into his schedule, whatever time he might find available. At first he said it would be a week before he could come out, then he gave a couple of options as possible times might be able to swing by in the next few days. He never did make it to our house and never called back to schedule. My calls and messages went unanswered. There was a long a long weekend and the weeks past. Because this man revealed himself as a man of "faith" I though perhaps he was having some personal difficulties, after all, as self-owned business, his reputation should be of importance to him. I really wanted to give him every benefit of the doubt. When I again tried to reach him, noting an urgent issue of mouse occupation in my house, and my long patience and requesting a response, I was met with a nasty email. He took offense that I "emailed after hours" (??) and indicated he "would never be back" to service my house. While he did "quote" his policy of being able to choose instead to "refund some of my money", no such refund has happened. Really a flabbergasting experience! I joined Angie's List at the time of finding this pest control service. I wanted make a wise choice; and thought by joining Angie's List I would get valuable information on this business. As it turned out, there were no entries on M & M Pest Control. I took a chance, based upon his friendly and seemingly knowledgable demeanor over the phone (before getting paid), the first service I called. I did later see that there had been a BBB complaint, though "was resolved", that gave me some pause, but I hoped for the best. Like that BBB complainant, we found out the hard way that this business owner does not possess the integrity to actually stand behind his word nor the professional skills to deal with customers once he gets his initial payment. At this point, having experienced the above mentioned things, I would also question his ability and methods. It makes me sad to have to give such a failing review --- but I would be remiss to not pass along a BEWARE of M & M Pest Control warning to other unsuspecting customers. ( We have since caught over a dozen mice, uhhgg!, without the help of this company, which had assured us that we would have none after 5-7 days.

Robert did the work himself. He gave us a free estimate! He was friendly and on time to do the work. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies to do the same work. He explained everything to me. I was concerned about the poison hurting my baby or the spray being harmful for us and the baby to breath in. Robert explained that it was safe and even told us what the names of the chemicals were. He offered to do our insulation as well, but we found another company listed on Angie's List specifically for that job. Oh yeah, a bat got loose from the attic somehow and was flying around in our house the next evening. Not sure how it got out exactly but Robert thought that maybe it got startled and fell down through the cold air return ducts. That part was not fun....but a bit exciting trying to catch the bat and get it out of our house

When I called them they were out the next day. While they were here I signed up for their service. They are kind of strange how they work their prices. If you buy their service it is applied to whatever service they do at the time they come. They will come out 3 or 4 times a year. What I pay is split over the times they come to service my home. They were right on time. They had been doing sewer work in my area and that was probably the reason I was having issues. The rat is gone. They were the only place I called that told me to call the city to take care of the rat problems. The rest of the people I called did not make that suggestion. They were very friendly and helpful. I have not seen any more mice since - or the rat! I think the city took care of that! They were also very professional
