Great customer service. Owner arrived and did the cleaning himself. Used very high quality equipment with very hot water and strong suction, very detail oriented, took extra time on pet stains, advised us how to continue to clean pet stains between professional cleanings. This was my first time using this company, but I plan to use them yearly as the outcome was fabulous and it feels like a new home.

Great results. Removed the pet stains. Deodorizing carpets helped remove the dog smell from my house. Work was done quickly, neatly, and thoroughly. Before beginning work, Todd explained the process, inspected the rooms with me pointing out areas of concern, and answered questions. The best part -- carpets dried fast! Todd was friendly and polite; would hire again. Very affordable.

My mother was so impressed with this service that she requested I get online and write up a positive review as she isn't computer savvy. Absolutely horrible! This is the second time that I have used Zerorez (first time 10/2010). I was very satisfied with those results - the technician was amazing and the entire customer service experience was outstanding! I did have to have him come out a second time to reclean a couple of spots - but they did so cheerfully and I was very happy! They honored their "gotta love it" guarantee that I had heard so much about - it was awesome! So I was hoping for a similar experience ... but that didn't happen. I was having company for the Holidays I decided to have the carpets cleaned - we have a small dog and she had some accidents and wanted to get them cleaned up. I called Zerorez and they were able to come out. I had them clean both our living room and family room - I was not at all satified with the results in the family room. The carpets looked clean but smelled of dog urine despite the fact that I paid extra for the pet stain treatment. I certainly didn't expect the carpets to be perfect, but they really didn't smell any better than before the cleaning took place. I knew from my previous experience how good the carpets could smell so I called Zerorez to come back and reclean the areas where the urine smell was strong. I spoke to a manager (sorry I don't know his name) and explained the situation to him. He told me that he would be able to send someone out to reclean my carpet, but it would cost additional $$ as they would have to use additional products to clean up the urine smell. This wasn't acceptable to me ... as I had already spent almost $300. I thought that they would stand behind the guarantee that they proclaim on radio and TV - but they didn't. He said that Zerorex is no longer able to go back and reclean carpets for urine stains - unless we want to pay more money. I wasn't willing to pay more and let him know that he had lost a customer. What is the most disappointing to me is that I really thought that Zerorez was an upstanding company and committed to customer service based on first experience. I had told my friends/family what a great job they did - now I'm embarrassed that I made the recommendation. I've learned one thing ... don't use Zerorez if you have pet stains ... and I longer believe their promises. Don't really expect that anything will be done about this situation, but had it get it off my chest. Thanks ...

The overall process went very well. The 2 men that showed up were friendly and did a great job of explaining the process and offering advice on cleaning pet stains. Our carpet was thoroughly cleaned and the pet stains were not visible after they were done. I was pleased with the whole experience and end result.

We bought a property in FL and purchased an Angie's List Deal with Harbold Carpet cleaning before seeing the property. As it turned out, the carpet had to be replaced - it was beyond cleaning (pet stains and odors). Harbold was great to work with when I was scheduling the cleaning and accommodating when I had to cancel it.

Zach arrived exactly when promised. We had some pretty significant stains that he was able to get out. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. He paid great attention to detail. Overall, we are very pleased with service and would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Carpets came nice and clean. Paul and his partner were very understanding, accommodating and super nice to deal with. Explained what they were going to do and why. Taught us about after care and set realistic expectations. I will definitely recommend to friends!
