We had a quick follow-up and consultation visit with the grout doctor. The technician attempted to clean the grout to no avail. Keep in mind you can't use super strong cleaners without etching the marble. In our case, staining the grout would be a difficult option and removing the grout would be extremely difficult. The grout doctor did a nice job of reviewing our options which are admittedly limited due to the faulty installation. We were not charged for the visit

Minnesota Regrout & Tile
Objective was to clean the tile grout in a now-vacant condo unit in advance of putting the unit up for sale. Of three grout cleaning contractors I contacted to obtain estimates, Zenon was prompt to return calls, met the appointment time, carefully explained the acid-cleaning technique and that it takes two visits over two days, and worked up a price quickly. All of this, plus the excellent Angie's ratings, convinced me to hire this firm. Zenon was very flexible with his availability to work around the painting contractors. Once his work was done, he laid down heavy butcher paper to protect the clean floors while the painting work continued. The kitchen floor grout, in particular, was filthy beforehand (aged owners), but Zenon brought it back to the original putty grey color. Very uniform work, and he pulled out the stove and refrigerator to handle the grout underneath them, too. All the old silicone was carefully scraped out , then replaced with perfect white silicone beads. Great work, not cheaply priced but gave more than my money's worth

Allen arrived on time for bidding out the grouting of my shower. Very thorough job of explaining the work needed and possible additional work that may be needed after job was started. The day of the job, Allen arrived on time and was finished in about 5-6 hours. His work was fantastic and the $340.00 was well worth it! After the job, Allen explained maintenance of the grout and tile and also how I should seal the grout twice a year. Overall, the experience was excellent and would recommend him for any grout job

After having the Grout Doctor remove and replace all the grout in our Master Shower, we had him look at the grout in our bathtub where we having some small leaks. I called the grout doctor for a free estimate on replacing the grout surrounding my bathtub that was old and starting to fall out. He visited within a day or two and stayed for about an hour explaining a lot about grout and tile work, including some free tips on cleaning, etc. When he came back to do the work he was prompt and cleaned up after himself. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A WORSE JOB IN MY LIFE. 3/4 OF THE NEW GROUT HE APPLIED CRACKED OR CRUMBLED WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF APPLICATION - HE ACTUALLY FORGOT TO DO A FEW SMALL AREAS! AND SOME OF THE GROUT BEGAN TO DECAY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPLICATION. IT LOOKED WORSE THAN MY OLD GROUT. Tim came out to do an estimate. I hired them to do the work but the pandemic held us up. Tim was very understanding that we didn't want to take any chances contracting the Corona virus so we decided to check with Tim. After a few weeks were comfortable to have the work done the end of May. Tim and Ken showed up promptly, and told us it would take 2 days. Ken went to work and completed it the second day, we hardly even know he was here. Ken completed the scraping, grouting, caulking and sealing. WOW what a difference, Ken did a terrific job. This is the second time I've hired Jeremy. He is fantastic! I had multiple issues with my carpets and he fixed them all. For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. Was sure to answer all of my questions before he began work, didn't try to upsell me and got all the gross cat urine stains and odors out, plus ink or something in my daughter's room. I was thinking I needed to replace my carpet, but after he cleaned them, I realized they still have life left in them. Would definitely recommend him. Have had other cleaners and he is the best! We used them. They are okay. They have to come back because they left a foam in the carpet. Their prices were reasonable. They did the job about a year ago. I don’t remember the exact price I really don’t. They have to come back because when we walked with our socks on our socks get sticky to it. The second time they did it when they put water on it and suction backup it work fine. They also clean our grout in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and they did a really good job on that. Responsiveness, they were very good with that. The only thing I did not like it they tried upsale all the time

Chris acid washed the tile to remove soap deposits, then removed and replaced the existing caulk and grout. He also cleaned the fixtures; they now shine like new. We opted to have the grout sealed. The process took two days. Chris did an amazing job! The tile now looks beautiful and brand new. I'd recommend this option to anyone considering replacing tile that has lost it's luster. If there was one thing I could change, it'd be to find a better way to protect the tub while working (maybe tape a tarp or thick sheet of plastic around it); there was one scratch made in the tub when Chris was removing the old grout. We should be able to touch it up it's a little bit of a bummer. Overall, Chris is a very careful and conscientious worker and we are happy with the results

Went well in time frame given. Workers would always ask us for our opinions if faced with design options while working. Always on time. Customer service very good. Family run. We used them to have our basement remodeled in 2008. One negative was how our floor tile was laid. We used marble tile bought from The Tile Shop and not theirs. First application needed to be grouted with another layer because a few tiles were raised up. I wished we had asked them to lay one more layer or somehow fix the tile. Still have a few small pieces sticking up

The initial service was to be for carpet cleaning in only a couple of rooms. When we saw the results we opted to have the whole house done. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We also had them clean the ceramic tile and grout in the kitchen and guest bathrooms. It also turned out great. When talking with the tech about getting an oriental rug cleaned he informed me of their process so we had him take it with him to be cleaned also. We had lived in the house for over 15 years and the duct work had never been cleaned, so we had that done also, We use their carpet service in our business and will definitely have them back to do the tile and carpets in the future
