From the start Steve and Emily were very responsive and helpful with the design of our custom dream home. They both answered texts and phone calls within minutes and always had the answers we needed. I am in construction myself, I know that things can go wrong sometimes, but I can honestly say that nothing did. Timelines were right on track, if there was a change in price everything was discussed before hand, if we wanted something changed it was changed. Very well. Paul is very easy to work with. He uses very good sub-contractors. They provided very good quality work. I am extremely pleased with the final garage. I asked him to have the concrete sub-contractor to come back and clean up some waste concrete left by the big concrete truck and they did it without complaint and cleaned up the mess - no complaints no arguments. Paul always returned my calls and responded to my text messages & emails promptly - almost always within 24 hours. The bid was slightly more than another contractor who I talked to; but still competitive and a reasonable cost for what I wanted. I am already talking to Paul about a different project - this was much less painful than other construction projects that I have had done at my house

The Shed Shop has a very convenient option of ordering the shed on line. I really love the website because you can see all of the options, color of roof and sizes. I ordered my shed on line (at night). The next day, Tim called to thank me for purchasing the shed and answered any questions that I had. They custom build the shed to customer satisfaction. We set a date for the install. Tim and his partner were outstanding. They were one of the hardest working pair I have ever met. They never took a break and built a very nice shed

He worked with me to build a log cabin and had a lot of great recommendations for other contractors since I was organizing all of this for my family's cabin. He was very flexible with his approach and was more than willing to allow me to purchase a portion or all of his building services with probably the most reasonable rates of all the log cabin builders in Minnesota and I talked to many for this work. Ultimately we didn't end up going with him only because the cost was more than our budget so we switched to a conventional stick-framed house design for a cabin. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an affordable log cabin

From the first meeting we had with Jorj regarding our house we knew he was the builder we were going to choose. We contacted about five custom builders and Jorj was the only one who truly seemed excited about building the house we had in mind. The design that Aspen came up with was exactly what we wanted. The design team was able to meet almost everything we wanted with the budget we had. It seemed that every time a design problem arose Jorj knew exactly the best way to fix it. The house being built is exactly what was designed. The build process has been going perfectly and is on schedule to be done on time, March 31st. Jorj has been very easy to reach and always answers his phone when I call. When I have a question or need some information he always gets back to me in a timely manner. The subcontractors that he has been working with have been very polite and have done great work. We could not be happier with Aspen Builders. We have been so pleased with our house that I forgot to get back and update my review after our house was done. Our house turned out exactly as was drawn up in the plans and looks terrific. The only draw back is that it's tough to get any yard work done with all of the people stopping to comment on how great the house looks! We are very happy all around with everything

Ron and his group at L&R Landscaping did an excellent job with our landscaping project. Here is why we chose them for our project and why you should consider them for your project. We met with three different companies to fix a drainage issue and renovate our patio. We felt that L&R listened to what we were trying to accomplish and provided the best solution. There was good communication with the office, lead project coordinators and the workers throughout the process. They were hard working, friendly and very conscientious regarding the next-door neighbor’s yard. Scott Campbell from The Construction Group was open, honest and a joy to work with. He listened to my input and concerns about special requirement and was responsive to requests for changes and additional information. He always kept me appraised of schedules changes and unexpected delays. Pricing was upfront and transparent, with no hidden charges or surprises, and yet his bid was the lowest. He handled all the permits and required inspections without any effort on my part. And he was onsite at critical times to make sure the work was progressing as planned. The roof was beautifully done in 1 day. The LP siding took longer--7 days--but was also done well. And the final piece, window replacements in the garage, which had to be custom-made due to the age of the house, were completed in just a couple of hours. Finally, his crews--roofers, siders, electrical and window installers--were all competent, courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend him and would use him again, if the need arose

Jason was a very professional builder. He spent ample time before the work started to ensure my wife and I were happy with the design and options. Then as the work started Jason had great communication during the build to keep us aware of the progress and tying us into the decisions. During the build we had a few recommend changes and Jason gave us his honest opinion and options on how to move forward. My family and I love the porch and are very happy with the end result. I would do it all over again and would hire Jason again for the job

Pavel came out to bid the project. We did not have any plans drawn up yet, so he referred us to an architect, so that he could bid to specifications. He is very knowledgeable about building codes and different materials, and has very clear ideas of how things should be done. The few times that we spoke on the phone, he was very approachable and professional. We decided; however, to go with a different contractor who's bid was a better price for us, in these tough economic times. Pavel's bid was not the highest that we received. We will definitely keep him in mind for future remodeling projects

I had American Building Contractors do some roof repair after high winds in a recent storm. Contacted American Building Contractors and Chris was at my place in less then a hour. Chris was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and reassured me they could help with my job no matter how big or small. I decided to replace a handful of shingles that had flown off during the storm. Couldn't be any happier with the end product and how easy Chris and American Building Contractors were to deal with through the entire process. I will defiantly use them for any future roofing needs
