The drywall contractor made sure the employee he sent to do the work could match our existing textured drywall on the ceiling portion of the job. It matches perfectly! This was a relatively small job but I never felt like it was less important than any other projects Chris was managing. I'm very happy with Chris and Northrup and will hire them again. WFY built an awesome "floor" in the garage attic that enable us to store items easily via an pull-down stairway. After nearly 2 decades of frustration we have an area that is so beautiful that people frequently comment that we could live in it. With the excellent insulation we've added a garage heater which enables us to complete projects (painting, staining, etc.) any month of the MN year. As our home's first owner was also the builder, they created multiple long-term issues and those were solved by WFY during the course of this project - which required ingenuity, patience, and flexibility to address all of the issues and provide us with the functional and attractive space we now enjoy - who knew it would be such a gift? We are so thankful to Rob (WFY founder) and his colleague Scott that we recommend them in the highest possible terms!! You can hire them to perform magic for you, too

"They did an absolutely excellent job removing old stubborn wallpaper and repairing multiple flaking paint areas and wall imperfections. Hugo, the guy who did our job, is a perfectionist who treated our project as if it was his own home. "We are happy that we chose JB Floors to refinish our hardwood floors. When the owner came to explain the process and options involved, we were impressed by his thoroughness. He explained what finishing and staining options we had, the options for replacing boards that may have been too stained to finish, how long the process would take and how they would control dust from the sanding.
They also provided us with an option using first class professional movers, which we used, to move the heavy furniture.
We ended up choosing the water-based products over the traditional oil based polyurethane for its durability, quick drying time and minimal odor. The smell while drying was very tolerable – we stayed in the house the entire time.
The crew was extremely thorough and friendly. The end result is stunning! They explained how to care for the floors and gave us some products to get us started. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!
