Dave is a person that does his work above expectations. The railings were carefully removed from our custom concrete stair curbs in way to minimize damage to the concrete. They were sand blasted and painted by Adrenaline Customs in White Bear Lake. Adrenaline mainly powder coats custom auto parts. So the appearance of railings after they were painted was far beyond what is obtained with the standard paint can spray. To eliminate staining from cement spatter used to reinstall the railings, the area around each post was carefully covered with cardboard cutouts and masking tape. Nice job, Dave

"Our old yard lamp post had rusted off at ground level and we wanted a similar looking replacement. The post was a four sided angle iron design that is no longer manufactured. I brought the old post to Krech and they agreed to fabricate a new one to the same dimensions as the old one, with some modifications. I wish I could include a photo, because the final product looks very nice in place.
<br /> The only glitch happened when I first came to pick up the finished product and discovered that the center tube where the wires go was too small. The plan had specified a larger size, but due to an internal communication mix up, it did not specify whether that size was to be inside diameter or outside. The employee I dealt with was extremely accommodating and immediately agreed to rebuild the post with the correct dimensional stock. The end result was a very good piece of work.
<br /> On the downside, I had to make an extra trip to their shop. Also, in general, the paint they use in their dip tank is not the best. I discovered this because they made an outdoor handrail for us a year ago. Therefore, I brushed on a generous coat of Rustoleum, on my own.
<br /> I would definitely use them again for any iron fabrication projects.
