Mike was very easy to coordinate with, arrived 10 minutes early (always a plus) and was very quick in removing my DISH. He fully explained what he would do, and actually did, for me and caulked the holes where the DISH struts were removed to prevent rain penetration. He then took care of recycling the DISH after giving me the option to keep the DISH or have him recycle it

We were able to set up a service appointment easily by phone, and he arrived as scheduled, calling us to confirm that he was on his way. The owner/technician was able to quickly identify the problem as a corroded cable connection on the roof, which he repaired. He checked all the other connections as well. He verified that the receiver in question had a good signal. The business appears to be a one person owner/technician. He is experienced and knows his stuff

As this was my first insurance claim, it would have been helpful to have a little more support in terms of how things would work. The crew did leave photos of the roof during the work (which was probably for the benefit of the inspector, but gave me a good feeling too). Once roof was complete, it wasn't clear to me who needed to call the city inspector. All work was completed in a day. I only found a couple of loose nails. Overall it was a pretty painless process. I would recommend these guys again. If your insurance covers the whole claim (which the invoice from the company will magically match!) then make sure you understand up front what credit you are going to get for having their sign in the front yard. I thought I was getting a $1,000 advertising credit (to cover my deductible). As other things were covered by insurance (window, gutters, garage door), the credit was never fully applied to the roof amount which made me feel like I had been short changed
- NTH COMMUNICATIONSVery prompt service. They were able to come out and do the install the next day. I discovered that the TV set box was defective later that day. They came out and replaced the box the next morning. The installers were very knowledgeable and experienced. They appeared to be employees (not contractors). The only complaint I had was that the first billing which comes directly from DISH Network was incorrect. DISH Network told me that NTH had to fix the problem. I called NTH 4 times over a 10 day period and left messages but got no response. Finally everything was resolved when the owner returned from out of town. All they had to do was return my call and tell me that the issue would have to wait until his return and I would have been happy to wait. Instead it was like talking to a wall
