"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing.

I called one day, Charles came out and gave an estimate the next night, and he showed up with a crew of two men and the necessary equipment the next day, promptly at 8AM as promised. We requested some additional work after they arrived and they completed it all very efficiently and professionally. They did a wonderful job! "I first hired SavATree to save my river birches from what they correctly diagnosed as a beetle infestation. Since then, I have hired them twice to do trimming on trees and annually to feed the trees and shrubs. Jeff Borque has already responded quickly to my calls, coming out to give estimates within a week. He is a helpful explainer about what needs to be done and what can be done, letting me weigh my options against the cost. Very pleased with the services provided. My only note of caution is with their billing department, which doesn't always keep track of things. They do adjust their books when I verify a payment has already been made. But twice in five years I've had to dispute a bill when they neglected to record my payment.
