- QWESTONLY COMPLAINT IS WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD BE AT OUR HOME SOMETIME BETWEEN 8-5. WE HAD TO WAIT AT HOME THE ENTIRE DAY FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. THE TECH WAS RUNNING LATE BECAUSE OF ANOTHER JOB AND DIDN'T MAKE IT UNTIL 6 P.M. HE DID CALL THOUGH, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

- ComcastI pay a monthly fee of $5 a month in case I do have a problem. They checked all of the outside lines but, they didn't need to come in the house, so they didn't charge me more. I have to use them because, that's who I have my contract with. I had no complaints with them coming. He made sure that I was satisfied before he left. I know that Comcast in general has a bad reputation but, I haven't had a problem. I would say that I'm satisfied with them
- QWESTGenerally, QWEST is pretty good. Their okay for communication and services. They were down the other day and were very good about it when I called. They explained that they were having some satellite problems. Then I called back later and they explained how to get back online. So, I did what they said and it came back online so it was good. I've had to have QWEST come out to the house a couple of times. Their service calls have been really good. The guy that set me up with internet was excellent. I have no complaints in the last couple of years. I will continue to use their services over anyone else in this area
- VONAGEWe signed up for Vonage phone service to replace our local phone service. Vonage requires a high-speed Internet connection for phone calls. Vonage provided me with a wireless Internet router that also has a plug for my phone. The quality of the calls seem to be a bit lower than with the phone company, but the price is about 1/3 of what we previously paid. I have noticed that if I have intense Internet traffic (file sharing, large downloads) the phone quality will be affected. In some cases it cuts out, but this is rare. We use our home phone service infrequently, so Vonage works well for us. They also let you transfer your existing phone number, which is nice
- COMCASTI have not checked other providers but I am very happy with Comcast. I have used them for a long time and I buy packaged services. I recommend them to others and give them a very high grade.
- INTEGRA TELECOMWe had Integra for phone service since the late 1990's, and switched from DirecTV to Integra for TV service once Integra started offering the Triple Play (TV/Internet/Phone) package a while back. We have also had the Integra DSL for internet for years. We have been very pleased with Integra! The service basically never goes out. And the couple times it has over the years we got a email telling us it would be out for like 20 minutes for system upgrades - so they even warned us. But this has only been a couple times over many years. We get the 30Mb DSL for internet and I measure it right at 30-31Mb via speedtest.net. And the nice thing is that the speed never drops off like cable - it is not shared so I always get the full speed. We can watch Netflix streaming and Amazon streaming and get HD with no drops outs ever in the picture so the internet speed is great. TV has been great too - very clear HD stations. I was skeptical since they use wireless boxes for some of your TV's since they can only hard wire a couple of them, but the wireless boxes have been problem free, other than having to reboot them a couple times a year. So we have been very pleased with Integra overall. They have an office in Prior Lake and you can call or stop in and talk to real people that treat you well. I also don't miss the DirecTV that would go out whenever there was weather issues. Update Feb 2014: they just added 15 new HD channels, and at this point are by far the best choice for this area (Prior Lake / Savage)
- QWESTI had Qwest for Telcom up until about 6 months ago. They were fine in general. I never had any voice related concerns. The only problem I had was when they randomly disabled the DSL service I had through a 3rd party. It took me 4 days and endless phone calls to get them to fix it because they kept blaming the 3rd party ISP. It turned out it really was Qwest's fault. Some tech had just disabled for some reason. Beyond that one incident, they were fine for day-to-day stuff. Telcom companies aren't really something you have a choice about, so you're kind of stuck but always good to get reviews about them

"<p>When I phoned, the gentleman at Refresh understood my problem. He recommended that I bring it in and that they would look at it to determine exactly what needed to be repaired. The diagnostic was $25 (I believe) which I felt was very reasonable. I was told that if we wanted the repair to be completed, that charge would go towards the repair price. I took the computer in, they told me on the spot the approximate cost to repair it and approximate time to complete the repairs, and I left it with them. It took approximately 1 week to order the new casing and to have it installed. When the computer was returned to us, the final cost was exactly what I had been quoted and was completely repaired. </p>
<p>I have previously used this company several times before to purchase cables, laptop batteries, etc., but this was my first time with a repair. They were very professional, the store is neat, and they have a wide range of products. I have also called them several times with questions and they have always been very helpful.
