These guys are the best! I went into the store with a list of 6-7 items. One of the employees asked me if he could help me find something, and I mentioned the items I was looking for. He went around the entire store, helping me select each of the items on my list! He was not only very knowledgeable but willing to provide such outstanding service. Another time, perhaps a year or so ago, I went in for some salt for the driveway. It was a heavy bag, and the person working there volunteered to help me carry it out to my car. And yet another time, an employee helped me select some grass seed (and maybe some other products - it was a while ago, so I can't remember all of the details). She knew her stuff and was extremely helpful. Honestly, this is the best service I have received at any store, ever!! I love this store

Walking through the showroom with Assistant Manager Jason Janke, we picked out tile that we thought would be ideal for our sunroom. The price was more than we wanted to spend. Jason worked with us and adjusted the price to something we could both live with, a real win/win. They had all the supplies we needed (grout, self leveling compound, etc.), and again Jason worked with us to get the price in the range of the "big box" home improvement stores. All in, we got better products at a price very close to the mega marts. Company took back all the un-used products we purchased, just as promised. Jason did a great job

We began our kitchen rebuilding project by getting a free estimate from "George" through Woodbury Home Depot. George was fun and thorough. All the carpentry work was done by Travis Cunningham. He was very responsible. He came when he said he would, explained situations when necessary, and did an outstanding job overall. We would use him again. The Silestone counter top was installed by Luis and Agustin. They had to do some on site cutting and shaping, with very nice results. The new granite composite under mount sink is beautiful. The new garbage disposal is so quite it is barely audible. We are glad we chose Home Depot of Woodbury to do this project. We will be redoing our kitchen floor next and they will be asked to give us a bid

The 10 year old snowblower had no previous problems. It started fine (electric and pull start), ran ok (although sometimes alittle rough until it got warmed up), and was overall quite reliable. I had done all previous maintenance (i.e. oil change, etc.) myself, but decided to have the annual maintenance performed by a professional since I didn't have time. I took the snowblower in on 9/11/14. When the unit is dropped off, they charge a reasonable upfront fee of $35 which is applied to any work/repairs performed. At the time of dropping off the unit, I was told it would be approx 2 weeks before they would get to it (since, given the season, they were still actively working on lawnmowers). I was also informed that once they look at it, I would be called with the results and any suggested repair. I didn't have a problem with the proposed timeline since it was well before winter/snowfall. After about 2.5 weeks, I called back since I hadn't heard any updates. I was informed that it hadn't been looked at yet, but I should hear something in the next few days. Two days later, I received a call from their technician. I found him to be very knowledgeable and it was clear he had done a very thorough assessment of the snowblower. Although I had not previously experienced any problems with the snowblower, he identified several items that likely would have impacted its performance within the next year or so. The technicians findings did match some minor symptoms that I had noticed, but hadn't effected the unit's overall function to date. The technician was very thorough about explaining each problem, options related to repair, cost, and timeline to complete the work. Unfortunately, these were not cheap items/repairs ($500). This price included the repairs and the normal maintenance. There was no pressure by the technician to perform the work. In fact, he specifically mentioned to thinking about whether I wanted to perform the repairs or just buy new. Considering the work that needed to be done (i.e. carb rebuild, transmission gear, etc.) the price seemed reasonable. After doing some research, I decided to have the repairs performed. The technician called 2 days later to provide a status on the parts that were order (projected to take ~1 week). After the parts arrived, the technician called again with a projected completion timeline for the repairs and maintenance (~3 days). After 2 days, I received another call indicating that the unit was ready to be picked up. When I picked up the snowblower, a bag had been attached which included all the old parts that had been replaced. Since the snowblower hasn't been used since the repair, I can't speak to whether it is running better than previous winters. But, I expect that the minor symptoms that I had noticed in previous winters are no longer there. Except for the unexpected repairs and additional week for the initial feedback, all aspects of my experience with Lehmann's Power Equipment for maintenance and repair of my snowblower were 100% positive. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for annual or more extensive small engine maintenance.
