- Brigley Roofing & ExteriorsBig tip #1 - if needing storm damage repair, Brigley was the only contractor that gave an independent quote, out of 6 contacted. All others would only deal directly with Insurance and not quote the job to me at all. You too may find the settlement offered by insurance exceeds the actual cost of the job - and others get to pocket the difference. Brigley is very fair and direct, and NOT a "storm chaser", never to be heard from again. Cory, our estimator, carried out a full inspection for hail damage. He noted additional house repairs that could be done, and included as separate optional line items. Quick turn around on the quote process. Full tear off replacement was done in one very long day for the crew, who did outstanding work. They corrected, without charge, some deficiencies that a prior gutter contractor had not done. Some small additional gutter work was done soon thereafter. Several of the crew, while acknowledging the job was very hard work, spoke highly of working for Brigley and would not work for any other roofer. Nice to see that the estimator (Cory) was on site helping for several hours - so he knows what the job entails. Even the city inspector noted that Brigley was a known good choice. No money up front, and no pressure for full payment - they made sure I was fully satisfied, before picking up the check (at my offer to pay!) a week later. I've dealt with many contractors for projects in the past (professionally and personally), and Brigley has by far been the best

"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.

"We got siding/wall damaged by critters on our chimney, about 35 ft above the ground, and we asked Nick if he can repair it. Nick made excellent job. He responded promptly to the request, and provided us with two repair options. In just a couple of days he was at our yard exactly at the time we agreed on, and did everything in no time. The location was more difficult to reach, than he originally assumed, but he stuck with original price. He also fixed another small damaged area he noticed, and did it at no cost. The price was very reasonable, especially considering quality of the job, and excellent communications.
