For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. "The work was never performed as the person over the phone gave me conflicting information. First she was going to charge me $252.00 to clean a kitchen, then when I mentioned the Angi's coupon rate of $127.00 for 4 hours, she said that was incorrect, it was $136.00 for 2 people for 2 hours.
