He and another man took great care with my high gloss mohogany baby grand Kawai piano. They took the piano apart and blew all of the dust out outside before putting it back together. He played it after putting it back together and it sounded great. Very relieved that the job is done and was done so well. I will hire him again and would recommend him to anyone

Upon calling I received a same day appointment and was told most appointments take under an hour. I had looked at their website which was very easy to navigate. My coins were sorted similar to how their website is set up. I arrived and Mark said he would help me. He was great at providing both estimates and education. He clearly explained the various types of coins I had, what they were worth and why. There was no pressure to sell the coins but he was willing to buy any and all that were more than face value. Mark offered options with some Canadian coins that were in the mix. I sold most of the coins and walked out with a check that was more than I expected. The entire experience was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

"The truck broke down prior to the first appointment, so rescheduled for today. They arrived within the one hour window provided and were efficient and professional. I gave them an ok on price, not excellent, as I thought it was expensive, but I have no comparison-so that rating may be unfair. They could be excellent. They will be back out in a month to tune.

"The owner inspected our jewelry, made notes on condition and recommended the repair on one ring the others he help select the proper size and wrote our estimates up. He said it would be about a week and it was to the day. When we picked up our jewelry it was done correctly and polished . He met his estimates and the service was stellar, our rings exceeded expectations they were so beautifully done they looked new. He has done some work for us in the past and it's refreshing to see the quality is great as always. We highly recommend this Jeweler.

"Jeff Bodine's was not the least expensive estimate I received for this work, but he had the earliest availability (he could move it the very next day, while other companies would be 1-2 weeks out) and even through texts it was clear he had extensive expertise around pianos. The estimate also included blowing the dust out of the piano and inspecting it before and after the move, which no other company offered. I purchased a piano from Craigslist, sight unseen. He was punctual and ready to go when I arrived at the seller's house. He pointed out some cosmetic and minor mechanical imperfections about the piano, played a song so I could hear the sound quality, and let me decide if I was still interested in buying it before they began the move (I was). The move itself went quickly and Jeff and his wife took great care with my new-to-me piano, being extra cautious around the doorframes of each house and ensuring it was wrapped and securely fastened in the truck. When they reached my house, they blew out the dust and wiped it down, tightened the legs of the piano bench, and adjusted the pedals so they would perform better. I'm pretty sure no other piano mover would take those extra steps. They also confirmed that it was a good piano that had been well cared for by the previous owners and pointed out some of the inner workings that made it unique and improved the sound quality (I had done some research before choosing it, but I appreciated the reassurance that I chose well). Jeff and his wife's passion for pianos was evident throughout, they were personable, knowledgeable, and the move was painless. They were flexible and worked around my schedule (I had an afternoon commitment, which they accommodated by completing the move in the morning), and in all the move took about two hours. Being able to rest assured that my piano was in good hands was well worth the cost, and I have already recommended Jeff to friends.
