Jeff arrived on time as promised. Jeff was polite, professional and completed the job and met all our expectations. Jeff offered to pick up the hot water tank for us and did not increase his original price quote to do this. Jeff provided a veterans discount as well and also took the time to discuss with me another project my wife and I are planning. Jeff is clearly an honest individual with a high work ethic. Had a nightmare of a gas pipe issue when moving into my new house. Had a pretty big drop in pressure and couldn't have my gas line turned on initially. Called a few people but they all told me things were going to require a full re-piping. AZ Premier Services tested all the lines, went to the store to get dye and fixed 5 small leaks in my piping system near the mainline, in the attic and all over and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. Ended up saving me $3500 by fixing the leaks instead of just caring about how much money they could get form me. Incredibly honest, hard working and professional. Plan to use them again later when I need to replace my water heater.

Edgar Rodriguez with Power Flow Plumbing was responsive, even on a weekend. Came within a few hours of initial call to Angi. Excellent customer service. Loved our Frenchie Bulldog. Was in and out in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. We called over a dozen other plumbers and experienced such bad customer service that we were getting very discouraged and afraid we were going to be taken advantage of with it being the weekend. Some of the rates quoted were ridiculous and outright extortion. This was not the experience with Edgar. He was great and his quote was very fair and accurate. We saved his info and will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others. Thanks again, Edgar!

SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A

technicians Tim and Andrew came out and did a throughly complete inspection of both our heater and air conditioner. They spent over two hours checking out everything. Kept us informed of everything they found and made suggestions that would benefit us in the long run. Made a repair that was cost efficient. Highly recommend Goettl Plumbing.
